Jiraiya shook his head. "Nevermind, Ill help find your Sake."

Jiraiya bit his thumb, and did some handseals. "Kuchiyose no Jutsu." A small frog appeared. "Help Pakkun find the sake..." The frog salute.

Tsunade stared at them blankly. "Um...no, I didn't. What I need is a messenger bird." Tsunade walked over to the window and opened it. She whispered something and a shadow flashed by as an Anbu went to retreive a messenge bird. "You two and Akamaru can go pick up Hinata. I won't keep you." The Godaime pulled out a small sheet of paper and started writing something on it.

Pakkun nodded at Akamaru. "Long time no see."

Tsunade chuckled as she finished up the letter, folding it into a small roll. An anbu member apeared at her window with a facon and the Godaime slipped the letter into a message pouch. She whispered something to the falcon and at took off. The Anbu nodded to her and vanished once again.

"Now then, Elric brothers, Team Kakashi, you're dismissed. Sakura, Naruto, take Edward and Alphonse around the village so they know what's where. Also, get them some ninja equipment. They can stay with one of you. I don't care who."

"Hai, Shizou." Sakura bowed and turned to the brothers. She smiled at them and left to wait outside for them and Naruto.

Sai gave the Hokage a fake smile and left without a word.

The teen wrinkled his nose at Sakura's suggestion, "Milk is gross..."

Ninja animals, of course. Sure, it would be normal that they could talk, uh-huh, perfectly normal. Not chimeras, nope, definitely not the twisted work of some psychopath. All logic aside, Ed still couldn't help but find all of that...rather strange. "Eh...right"

The boys watched Tsunade converse with Jiraiya and the other ninjas (they assumed) come and go, waiting to either be addressed once more or dismissed. Ed's attention began to wander after only a moment or so, but snapped right back to the woman when he heard their name. He nodded once at the instructions, but after a quick glance from his brother, managed some level of manners "Thanks."

Ninja weapons? Feh. He had weapons. Effective weapons. How many people around here could change the very landscape itself with a clap?

Actually, that was probably a stupid question, all things considered.

The siblings turned and followed Sakura, after Alphonse had thanked Tsunade, of course. Although, Edward glanced back when Jiraiya spoke, then to the girl, "Snakes?"

But...Ed liked his clothes...

An eyebrow lifted, "Just how many flying weapons do you guys usually encounter?" What in the world had he gotten himself into?

He glanced down at what he was wearing, finally remembering it was nothing like what he used to wear during their journey. Back in Amestris his clothing had been far more durable than the stuff they wore in that weird alternate world. The stuff he was still stuck in, actually.

Kunai, shuriken, and senbon? The words meant nothing to Ed, at the moment. He did, however, know his way around the others mentioned, even if a sword was his usual choice. "I'll save you some time. I usually use alchemy and a short arm blade." He stuffed his hands into his pockets as they continued into the village "Sometimes a staff or spear if the elements are available."

Alphonse, alternating between being absolutely fascinated by the town itself, and listening to Sakura, shrugged when Ed finished, "I'm with Ed on the alchemy, other than that, well..." He shrugged, "I'd never had a need for any other weapon..." When your body was a suit of, fairly durable, armor, there was little need for other weaponry.

Jiraya pulled himself fully into the room. "So who were those kids again?"

Naruto turned and ran after Sakura, Sai, Ed and Al.
