Amelia sighed. Of course Siegell had no magical power, or had ever bothered to learn the flute. Shut up, hypocrite. You don't know how to play any instruments, either. Amelia looked away from him again. He had no way of checking to see if the flute itself was the holder of the magic, not the player, so she had no reason to get angry at him for that.
...Right?
"I still think you should've at least considered that," Amelia told him matter-of-factly, unable to hide the irritation. "You really, really scared Nils. If he hadn't figured out how to return everyone to their normal selves, then things would've ended really horribly."
She would have ignored what he had said, had it not been for the fact that it sounded so... out of character, at least from what Amelia had gathered of him. When he murmured something, quiet enough that she didn't quite catch it, she turned her eyes back to his masked face. "Wha..." she began. The sound was swallowed away when his lips were suddenly on hers.
She was silent. You basta... mm, it's kinda nice, she thought. It was true enough, and not having any other previous experiences to judge this one by didn't hurt things. Her hands moved, going against his chest with the intention to shove him away. They hovered there for a minute. You're a Host, maybe this is part of the job... Dammit, this is nice, but I hate him, push him away, push him away! she thought angrily.
Having one of his arms still wrapped around her back, effectively holding her in place didn't help things, though.

"Who, me...? Heh! I won't be taken down so easily." Abel raised his arm and flexed it. "I'm pretty tough, y'know! ...Ah!" Abel winced a little, as a bit of pain went through his arm. "Eheh... heh..."
"A-anyway... You um... look nice in that dress. It doesn't make you look bulgy at all. I-I mean... with a lot of girls, dresses tend to make them look bigger in the chest area, but... not with you... No! I mean..." Abel glanced around and grabbed a refreshment. "Have some punch!"

"Yes. . . I can see why," the bishop replied. "Soren's gone off for a while, and I wouldn't know where Isamu is. . . but nobody should be alone at an event like this." He paused for a moment, then reached out to offer a hand to Melethia. "Would you like to dance? I won't say I'm great at it, but I've had some practice."

Valter noticed Ed coming and gave her a smile. "Oh, thank you. I haven't worn it in a while.... But anyway. I'm fine. I did volunteer, after all. How are you feeling?"

Nils grinned, already calculating what exactly to do.
"Oh, she's with... Abel, wasn't it?"
"Hikaru... Let's give them some space, just for now. I kind of want to see how things turn out." He pointed to Abel and Alihi.

Alihi would have giggled if she wasn't so concerned for him. A small frown came to her face. "Abel... I know you're tough, but you aren't invincible..."
She blushed quite obviously. "O-oh! U-uhm... T-t-thank you..." She took the punch with a nod and took a sip, trying to regain her composure, but was obviously failing, for the blush grew a shade deeper.

"S-so um... I.. managed to get you something!" Abel smiled and pointed under the tree. [assuming there is one] "But you can't open it now. I would've sent it to Rathy Claus to deliver, when he gets here, but... well, I was kind of incapacitated.. eheh.." Abel grinned, mischievously. "So you'll just have to wait... can you HANDLE that pressure?! Hahaha!" Abel leaned forward and whispered in her ear. "If you can.. you're better than I am. If it was me... I wold have just ran over and opened it."

This elicited a smile from the man; for once heartfelt. "Then I will try my best not to disappoint you," he told her, moving out with her into the middle of the room. He kept his hand in hers and moved his other around her, placing it on the small of her back to hold her gently.

Alihi's eyes lit up with curiosity, staring at the tree and seeing the assortment of unopened presents under there. Knowing that one of them had her name on it made a smile come to her face. "Abel... You didn't have to. But thank you--"
Having him lean in that close really didn't help with calming herself down. A grin came to her face, and she whispered. "I think I can wait. ... At least, I hope so."

Melethia felt really happy. She loved dancing, even if she didn't like the event. She didn't care what else was going on. She just wanted to dance.

"Well, we'll see... but even if you can't... you won't be able to find yours! I tried wrapping it myself, but... well, I didn't do so well..." A picture of Abel causing havoc with tape and scissors, in the medical area, runs through Alihi's head. "So, I asked Tori to wrap it for me. She wrapped it so well.. that not even I could tell which was yours! The only way I know, was because I put a name tag on it for you.... ....Darn it!" Abel hit himself in the head.

Siegell sighed softly, still locked deep in his kiss with Amelia. Was he really reformed? Maybe. Did he genuinely want Amelia? Hell yes. Was he enjoying this kiss? You bet. Did part of him hope Rhys would come down? Oh yeah.
His lips pulled back a bit, then brushed lightly against Amelia's again as he held her lower lip between both of his for a moment. His hand slid up her back to massage her neck as he kept up the kiss, which had now reached the twenty-second mark and which showed no sign of stopping any time soon. The soft murmur of his voice as he sighed again buzzed across Amelia's lips.
Siegell could feel her hands against his chest, he could sense the urge to push him away, but all he felt was gentle fingers stroking across his muscles, tracing the outline of his pecs. The feeling elicited another pleased noise, but though he was holding her close, it wasn't so tight that she couldn't push him away. She just had to actually push... and she didn't seem quite ready yet.
