"To a cave I spotted a couple of ngihts ago. It's out of the way and I doubt anyone will approach it. There we can rest up and I'll have the chance to dress your wound." She said as they crossed over a small stream.

"My wounds's fine honest. I just need a tailor and somebody to clean my shirt." He laughed as he kept up with her. "What's a cave anyway?" He asked not having the slightest idea. THere was no such things as caves, mountains, or even sea creatures on Earth.

This she could not ignore. He didn't know what a cave was? This was too far.
"Are you kidding me?" She said as she stopped abruptly and turned to him like a wip.
"No even a cave on your planet? I could not survive, I don't see how you do!" She said shrilly.
She took a deep breath and pinched the bridge of her nose as she closed her eyes.
"A cave is a hollowed out peice of stone, typically made by the flow of water eroding away at the stone...It's like a large room but made naturally with other caverns connected to it." She explained, highly educated for the people of her planet.
"And they're usually very moist..." She added as she turned away from him and continued on their journey; generally following the stream.
Ella smield to herself at how Raven might react to the cave she was going to take him to.

"I dunno how you guys can survive with things like this. I'd need a Television, a Microwave with some noodles on supply. Some Anime and a computer with internet. I think I'd go mad without it." He said honestly. He was worried this Cave would not be able to have what he wants.

"Those things are quite unnessicary though....But if you truely believe you'll go mad withuot them, then prepare for the worst because I've lived my entire life without such accomodations and I don't plan on using them anytime soon." Ella laughed.
In the distance a rumbling could be heard. It sounded like far off drums or atrillery moving. She smiled, "We're getting close. I knew I could smell a larger river..."
She quicked her pace and headed towards the rumbling.

"Wait who's over there? You can't just go running to every place you hear sound." He said running after her. "Plus how can I live without so much as TV!? I'll go mad." He whined. "I don't even know how you live without it." He continued as he tried to keep up.

"No one's over there, Raven. It's something. And there are moer important things to do than to watch TV. I may never have watched one, but I've heard plenty about how useless they are. They're jsut propaganda and brainwashing tools." She said absent mindedly as she spotted a river ahead. She went up to it's bank and looked at it.
The creek they had been following had come from this river which was flowing from the North, their destination.
Some of the roar came from the river and it's flowing over the rocks, but still another roar could be heard up the river and around the bend.
"Nearly there. I'm sure you'll love this particular type of cave." She smiled as she headed up the river bank.

"It's easy to hear one thing and actually knowing it. It gives us News and other special things." He explained. "Hmm I dunno about the cave deal. I'm beginning to miss my base." He said as he continued to follow her. The people comming to the tank back at the town were already dead.

She rolled her eyes and smiled, "Relax, will you?"
They finally rounded the corner and man was it a sight. Before them was a large waterfall and in the moonlight the water seemed to be like a silvery beast churning and moving over the stones.
"Behind that waterfall is our cave. Beautiful isn't it?" She smiled triumphantly as she started to walk towards it.
((Dun dun dun! Danger is appraoching! lol))

"I've been feeling it since we left the city, but we should be safe for a little while. I'll keep an eye out." The smile faded from her face at his suspiciousness and his near carelessness towards the beauty before them.
She finally got to the waterfall and slipped behind the wall of water into a deep cave. It was dark, but she quickly lit a torch that she ahd hidden away on her first trip by it.
"Please relax for a bit, your body is exhausted from out journey, I can sense it. And I really do need to dress your wound, it's unsafe to have an open wound like that; it could get infected." She said blandly as she took off her cloak and laid it down over a rock.

((was the danger from you or me killing those people back there?)) He sighed and nodded as he did relax and put his weapon away. The people who killed the ones back in town was a group of Earthlings with advanced technology that is far more powerful with extremely strong suits and powerful machine guns and flame throwers.

((Um, since they're Earthlings, I'd have to guess that it was the deaths I/Ella caused...))
Ella went over to him and looked at his shoulder again. With no emotion in her voice she said, "Can you please take your shirt off?"
The people of her kind, other elven vampires, had very little modesty, especialy when it came to dressed their wounds. They figured, why should they be worried about modesty when they have a wound to be tended to?

"Oh man I should have known. You were secretly planning to take me to some evil Amazon tribe where I'll be used as a boytoy until I die helping populate the tribe." He joked. "Well then be quick." He said almost bursting into laughter as he took his shirt off. He was alittle round but not fat, or skinny.

"Of course, I thought you knew all along." Ella laughed with him.
She then squatted next to him and eyed the entirety of the wound. She retrieved her cloak from the rock after wetting the end of one fo the corners in the waterfall water.
She came back and ripped off a long strip from the bottom of the cloak. She took his arm and raised it some so she could get the cloth around the shoulder. She quickly wrapped the cloth around and around his arm, tieing it off at the end.
"There, see, nothing too major. You'll have to clean the wrappings about once a day untill the wound heals more, just try not to over exert that arm or you'll tear it open and make it worse." She said as she took his shirt and went to the cave. She washed the shoulder of it to remove the blood. When she came back she handed the shirt to him and the badges seperately.
"I tried to clean them up as best I could, but they stained some." She said slightly remorsefully.
