Midas glared back at the stranger, anger flaring. "Well I'm terribly sorry to disappoint you." said Midas acidly. "I really should have been thinking of how best to entertain you, and not about the safety of my guide." Midas sighed grumpily and turned to Mika. "I trust Faolchu is somewhere safe."

Mika’s hand shot up and struck Midas across the face, and spat at his feet. “ I WOULD NEVER HARM A CHILD.” She glared at the new stranger. “I’m tired of this pathetic GAME.” She stated and stalked off back towards her mausoleum.

Nightingale smirked as she slithered past the male, shooting an amused and very smug look. "Fool," was all she said before trailing after the female. She was definitely still very entertaining.

"I NEVER SAID YOU HARMED HIM!" Midas shouted after Mika. It took Midas a few seconds to realize that the quickest way to get Faolchu back would be to follow the furious Mika. damn it... Fuming, Midas started after Mika, making sure to keep a safe distance from both of them.

She heard the two still after her, pissing her off more, so she took a wrong turn towards the mire. “Why the hell are you two still following me?!” she asked spinning around and glaring at the two utterly pissed. They would have to calm her down before she brought either of them home.

Nightingale slithered right past the girl, turning back on the right track toward her Mausoleum--she was following the girl's scent from earlier. She smiled, however, as she past, and shrugged. "I'm not following you," she answered simply. "We just so happen to be going the same way."
Of course, that was a lie, but would the female know that?

Midas laughed. Man that line is cliche. Whatever she was doing, she was up to something. "Right. I'm sure you are." Midas turned to Mika. "Look. I'm sorry that I made it seem like I thought you harmed Faolchu. I just wanted to know where he is. I believed you when you said you wouldn't hurt him."

She simply glared at the two. “He’s safe.” That’s all she wanted to say to the idiot, and she didn’t trust that thing around either guide. Mika walked along the path further into the trees. At least she hadn’t put her sword down, and other then the knife Midas was holding the other two seemed defenseless, so she could care less that she was close to the mire.

Midas stood frustrated on the path, watching Mika and the creature move away. fine... "I really hate dealing with people my age." Midas muttered. Grumbling, Midas climbed a tree and settled down on a branch. Lifting the knife to is face he glared at his reflection. I doubt tonight could have gone any worse.

Nightingale smirked as she turned away from the path and dipped into the forest, away from where Mika was going, and definitely where Midas was sitting in the tree.
She slithered past the trees, silent as the breeze, as she disappeared into the shadows--she was heading straight for Mika and Artemis' mausoleum, but neither of the other two spirits would realize that until they got there.
((Foalchu? You do realize that Midas can find and sense "your" energies, right? You're connected, as spirit and guide in that way.))

Mika glanced around, “now where did it go?” she wondered absently. Glancing up at Midas she whispered, “lets go I don’t have a good feeling about this.”Tuning around she swiftly made way to the mausoleum.

Silently, Midas dropped out of the tree and followed Mika.
"So... i take it Mika doesn't clean up much, huh?" Faolchu moved about the room with a dirk, fencing with shadows. He had already found his favorite knife out of Mika's collection, nearly dropped a larger sword on his foot, and settled on the blade in his hand. He liked the designs in the hilt and the blade and would often stop and stare at it, having seen a new shape in the intricate designs.

“Not really no.”Artemis picked up the blade that the child had dropped. Her eyes flickered to the blade faolchu was holding. Would he still be as fascinated if he knew what vital role it played in Mikas death? Ah well, it wasn’t Artemis’ place to tell the story. She began picking up the rest of the weapons. If he were to kill himself it would not be her problem.
Mika walked into the last fan of trees before the Mausoleum.

Nightingale slithered through the trees, silent, cocky, amused. She would hopefully arrive a good two minutes before the others, if her calculations were right--which, rarely, they were. She was usually very, very wrong. But never in the same way. She just wasn't a mathematician.
Star poked her head through the forest, however, feeling that Nightingale was near. She had snuck out--again--after curfew and went straight for the mire. What was that girl's fascination with the mire? She was turning into Teru, it was terrible.

Faolchu settled down, not wanting to get in Artemis's way. "I wonder where Midas and Mika are."
Midas had seen about a handful of mausuleums around Isira, but he figured there would be a lot more. The moonlight shone pale on the blue-grey building before him, reflecting off of a shard of blue glass in the shattered window. "Must be nice out here." Midas commented softly to himself.
