Porcelain zodiac



In the medieval Golden World, astrology/astronomy is one of the honored fields studied by natural philosophers. It's a possible career path for those who are both mathematically and mystically inclined. Their zodiac has some signs awfully reminiscent of the Western zodiac, with others rather different, and they tend to be interpreted differently all around.

Sun Signs and Moon Signs will also be used to determine new Porcelain's starting personalities. heart Of course, you can roleplay however you like, and so their personalities can change as they grow up. They may also affect events during growth (I'll cast horoscopes to give me ideas) and, if you marry an NPC, with whom you are matched... but otherwise, they don't do much else.

Because Gaia and Arasias are wacky places, I can't determine your Gaian Porcelain's signs mathematically. You can either tell me what you'd like me to set them to (any combination is allowed) or I'll set them based on my recollection of your Porcelain's childhood personality.

Sociable, quick-witted, curious, with a complex inner life.

the Maiden (the month of Caesura)
Gentle, passive, loving, shy, cracks easily under pressure.

the Judge (the month of Fruition)
Outgoing, magnanimous, concerned with justice and community.

the Scribe (the month of Submission)
Meticulous, proprietous, nervous, preferring to serve others.

the Merchant (the month of Redress)
Shrewd, sensible, charismatic, worldly, sometimes greedy.

Hmmm... I kinda had a change of heart on the coloring style. I think I'd rather the coloring be flat and plain than all shiny and overlayish like that.

I'm trying to do that and still make it look good right now. I'll post the result (Child I female; she's too cute) if it works out.

I'm trying to emulate those old illustrations of Genji Monogatari, etc.

I have seen the coloring and I like it! Discontinue!
