she made a face and stood to go out into the hall to call them
Fiona shrugged
"Not sure, last year i went trick or treating and saw a herald, she had green wings. But i dont know what we are going to do this year."

"You should come see me at Miss Dartie's Paaaaaaaaaarty! There's going to be lots of kids there I hear! They're all reborn gods from the world Daddy comes from! And there's going to be trick-or-treating and peen-yah-tahs! Daddy says all of the treats are going to be free cause he owns a candy company, that's why we get to go! You guys could come since its supposed to be open to evaaaaaaaabody!" the child squeaked excitedly, sitting up carefully, so as not to upset the mongeese.

They moved so she could sit up and so did Sandy, they heard Cassie coming before the girls did
"Oh that does sound fun!"
Cassie heard them talking and stuck her head out and said
"Hey girls the brownies have cooled so you can come get some now."

Alice squeaked happily and jumped to her feet, patting the two mongeese on their heads before skipping after Cassie.
"You should come too, Miss Cassie! It'll be a big party! Miss Dartie says there might be lots of kids!"

Cassie smiled as she watched the girls going back to the kitchen
"well we will see i suppose"
Fiona was skipping to the kitchen and opened the frig to get the milk

Alice had already taken her first brownie from Bella, who'd handed the child one soon as she'd entered the room. Biting into it, the girl squeaked happily - she did that a lot. "Yum yum yummy!" she cooed, cheerfully.

Both red head smiled when they entered the room
"Im glad you like it"
cassie said as she sat down across from Bella again.
fiona brought the milk and glasses to the table and started to carefully pour the milk
"It taste good to wash down with milk too."

Alice squeaked happily and took another bite of the brownie, this time sipping her milk right after. With an enthusiastic nod, the child silently professed her liking of the foodstuffs. Though, an "Mm-hm!" as added in just the same.
Bella tried the combination as well and had to agree. "Definitely is pleasant."

They ate a few browines each then Fiona asked
"Cassie? Can we show them your dark room?"
Cassie thought a moment then nodded,
"yeah that sounds alright."
they covered what was left and headed into the basement

After they had finished up their brownies, Alice quietly held onto Bella's hand as they were lead into the dark room. The child didn't completely like the idea of a room where she couldn't turn the lights on, but she was curious about what it was. Bella just wanted to investigate the room.

Fiona walked slowly so that, just incase Alice tripped on the steps. she wouldnt fall down the steps, she had done it once. It hurt, a lot.
Cassie flipped on the light in the basement then went to a room and said
"I'll go first and turn the light on, its red so you can see, and it wont damage the film. Then you can follow one at a time."
She steped into a black booth like door and turned it so that the opening closed on her. When the door came back around she wasnt standing in the space anymore

Alice squeaked in surprise at that, holding Bella's hand tighter as Fiona and the other two entered the funny door next. When they got to the other side and saw Cassie in the dim red lighting, the child relaxed a bit.

Cassie was sorting through the pictures she had hanging up then said
"dont touch the liquid in these pans okay? It'll burn you."
Fiona smiled and said
"When i first saw that door i wanted to play in it but cassie said i couldnt. we have to do this because if light hits the film before its ready itll ruin it."

Alice jumped a little nervously and threw her arms around Bella's left arm, clinging a bit. She was scared of getting burned or ruining anything. Yes, this was a bad place for her.
"Quite fascinating." the Belune said softly.

fiona smiled and gentally pulled Alice away from Bella
"Come on, dont worry, come look at this picutre Cassie took."
she showed Alice a picture of their critters all circled around fiona, but you could only see her back. she was in a feild and just to the left was a large flat stone.
