Firstly, I'm very impressed by the story thus far (it's nice to see an original use of the old Roswell chestnut). Secondly, I'm amazed at how fast you're writing it. Three chapters in less than 24 hours. Wow.

*gasp!* An Alpha Aberrant? Moving into the advanced program? Where Robin and Kevin and Dave and probably Jillian will also be studying, Meghan may be teaching, and Rowan will be kicking a** in a teacherly way?
Wait, that's wrong. If Kevin hasn't moved, that means Weston is on his way further up. No daily interaction with Robin. cry
So sweet. whee

It's starting out great. It took me a moment to adjust to the shifts in time, but it was only about 10 seconds of confusion during chapter 2, since I didn't read the date. xp
You know what I'd love to see? Freedom Force versions of the characters. ninja Or City of Heroes, I suppose; but I don't have that. xp
Oh, and I feel bad for Arc; as useful as it can be in the field, sensitive smell has it's drawbacks too. gonk

That was great! Hehehe. Different powers are always fun to see, that is my favorite part so far, and of course the quick and funny dialogue.

One of the reasons why I like X-men kind of comics (in a vague abstract kind of way, never actually read any of them), is that they have a number of unique and why-didn't-I-think-of-that-before kind of powers. And the powers you come up with certainly have a unique twist. I like that.

If I recall correctly, Stan Lee came up with the whole 'mutant' concept just so he wouldn't have to bother with writing many seperate origin stories for a whole bunch of characters.
