I generally don't bother pairing characters together, cause I see it as such a fangirl thing to do BUT in Suikoden III my first reaction to Chris and Percival's way of acting around each other was so "They have to hook up"

I would normally go with that one, except that the manga implies that Ceasar is no older than Hugo.. sweatdrop

Borus/Percy, Camus/Miklotov, and Alen and Genseal are just destined to be, I mean, they have the gay knight stars. Honestly, I can't wait to see the set in VI. These are only the pairings involving people from III, because if I put the full list someone would beat me with a haddock. Albert x Yuber whee Borus x Percival whee Jacques x Percival whee Futch x Hugo whee Chris x Nanami whee (I got this from a fanfic. In it Chris and Nash got lost in chapter 3 and ended up in either Jowston or Toran. If anyone knowns where I can find this story please tell me. S1: Flik and Odessa and Viktor and Daisy (even though she dies, I still think they would have made a wonderful couple... in both cases actually... sweatdrop )
S2: Sheena and Apple, Klaus and Sierra, Lorelai and Killey (Go seekers of Cindar!) Hix and Tengaar, Camus and Miklotov, Yuber and Luca, and of course, Riou and Ellie...
S3: Sarah and Luc of course, Iku and Franz, Geddoe and Queen, Duke and Elaine, Cecile and thomas, Chris and Borus, Jaques and Aila, Futch and Sharon (Even with the age difference I think they're cute) ummm.... Lucia and Jimba, Albert and Yuber, Nei and Toppo, Louis and Belle, Lilly and Barts, and Rody and Mel.

My favorite S3 couples are:
Jacques and Aila (Just too cute! And you can tell Jacques was obsessed with Aila frm the start. The fact that she's oblivious to it just makes it unbearably adorable. ^^)
Ayame and Watari (Yeah, they hate each other, but in a perfect world, they'd be together. I think they must have a history of some sort, anyway. Besides, a little mate hate just spices up the relationship, right?)
Thomas and Cecile (How could you say no to this one? They're both just so adorable! They're a little young, but they say the purest love blossoms from the deepest friendships.)
Borus and Chris (My personal favorite. I was just so touched throughout the entire game by Borus' total infatuation with Chris. It's just so sad that she's so dense...Besides, Borus and Chris are my favorite characters. ^^)
Borus and Percival (I'm not as enthusiastic about this as I am about Borus/Chris, but I actually really like the idea. They're best friends, they're always together, and they're both hot. ^^ What more do you want? Besides, the fact that Percy loves himself so muc, and et shuns women just begs the question of wheter he's gay or not.)

Chris doesn't strike me as dense toward all the knights' affections regarding her. More apathetic, really, at least in the game(I understand the Suik3 manga author is big on Chris/Percival). I have a really hard time seeing her in any kind of romantic light, but if I had to pair her with anyone, I'd most likely go with Chris/Lilly or Chris/Hugo. I hate fanfiction where Chris is paired with and turns into an absolutely weakling; it makes me cry. sad And if Chris spends the rest of eternity(hello, true water rune) without a significant other, she's always got Yun with her!
