Ligeia gave her a smile, "I know and you shouldn't worry about it." He told her, looking her over when he got her mostly dried off before he undid the soggy ribbon that she was wearing. He lifted it up to squeeze it out before holding it up to look it over, "Mmm, probably to wet for you to continue wearing... Ah! I know!"
He set the ribbon on the towel and reached over to catch hold of his braid, pulling the end of it up to him and undid the blue ribbon at the end, "Here, you can have mine to wear for now, until yours gets cleaned. How does that sound?" He held the ribbon up for her to look over.
Orpheus looked at Ligeia first and then at Kujoya before giving the man a smile. The guy was so very green when it came to parenting that Orpheus almost felt sorry for him... almost.
He would only truly feel sorry for him when he had two teenage kids of his own he thought with a grin.

Seadah's eyes went large as she watched him undo the ribbon in his own hair and then offer it to her.
Taking one hand off of his finger she reached for it her eyes shining. "Pweety!" She coo'd and gave a soft tinkling laugh. Probably the first laugh she had uttered since being rehomed.
Kuyoja stiffly moved to take the sodden red ribbon from Ligeia's hand and held onto it watching him as he then offered one of his own to give to the girl temporarily.
"For Sae?" The little girl asked the owl boy almost worried that he was suddenly going to change his mind.
Kuyoja made a mental note to get her some proper shirts....she couldn't be wearing bows and ribbons all the time.

The owl boy gave a nod, letting her look it over and inspect it, "Its not as big and pretty as your red ribbon but I hope it will work until yours gets cleaned." He said, giving her a bright smile. He was so glad to see that she was happy again, smiling, even laughing.
Seeing her scared and crying had hurt the owl as he wanted nothing more then to see her happy!
"Want me to tie it in place for you?" He asked.

Sae nodded her head, her pink hair falling into her reddish eyes as she looked up at Geia. She raised her little arms so the owl boy would have an easier time of putting the ribbon around her. She gave him a shy smile as she waited for the new present to be wrapped around her.
Kuyoja gave a bit of a sigh as he watched, though it wasn't a sigh of tired more of just a sound to make as he didn't want to scare the girl.
"Maybe you should wait until after you have a bath Sae...." He spoke up as he knew she couldn't be sticky from milk forever.
Sae looked over to Kuyoja fear in her eyes again, she shook her head pulling her limbs close to her body and then throwing herself at Geia forcefully.

Geia wrapped his arms around the little girl, hugging her close, "Aww, its alright little one. Your Daddy is right, you probably want a bath before you put on a new ribbon." He told her, hand soothing over her hair.
He looked up at Kuyoja and gave the man a gentle smile as he rose to his feet, holding the girl in his arms as he stepped closer to the man, "Do you want to go see your Daddy now? I bet he wants a hug too." He told her, "He looks like he needs one."

Kuyoja stiffened a bit at the words. Did he really look like he needed a hug? He made no movement to grab hold of the girl as he didn't want to scare her off.
Sae shook her head. Geia was daddy, or mommy...she didnt care! Not this scary red headed man!
Kuyoja...perhaps taking the initiative reached forward and took the little girl out of Geia's hands. He couldn't just let her cling to him..it must be uncomfertable. She gave a small shriek and flailed reaching for Ligeia out of desperation.
After a bit of struggling she hung in Kuyoja's grasp tiredly. Tears streaked down her eyes even as she hung in his arms awkwardly.

Ligeia watched the little girl, feeling a sharp pain in his chest as he watched the girl hang there sadly, limply, "Noo... its alright Sae." He murmured, stepping closer to press a kiss to the top over her head before he laid his hands over those of the teacher and pushed against them gently, until she was pressed against her Father's chest instead of hanging there limply, "Its going to be alright."
"Here you go. See? Hugs will make everything better." He said, talking to both of them.

Sae made a grabbing gesture when Geia came within reach of her but she soon found herself being pushed against the scary man. She stiffened and trembeled more tears threatening to spill but as she hung there she found herself coiling about his waist. More for added security...the idea of being dropped was scarier than the man holding her.
Kuyoja relaxed slightly as the girl wrapped herself around him. Shifting her position so there was no threat of her accidentally falling he nearly smiled. Nearly.... it was nice to be able to hold her, the only other time she had allowed him to hold her was when she had been handed off to him.
"Hmm...Yes this is good." He murmured softly to not startle the young girl.
Saedah sniffeled again peering up behind her bangs at the red head holding her. He..looked so scary, but he was holding her firmly...she liked that. She didn't have to worry about falling. Her gaze went back to Geia she gave another sniffle making another reach for him in a last attempt.

Geia gave a smile when the two of them seemed to slowly relax into the idea of hugging, it was oddly cute as the teacher didn't seem to do very well with hugs but seemed to be trying. He reached forward to take Sae's hand in his, "If you want me to visit again just tell your Daddy alright? I don't live far so we can play as often as you like so long as I am not in class."
He felt at the moment that he should probably go, let Kuyoja have time with his daughter now that they seemed to be on better terms. She wasn't crying he wasn't looking nearly as scary, and they were hugging. It was a good time for him and his father to go the owl thought to himself.
Orpheus gave a grin a though reading his son's mind, "We best be on our way, I have classes I need to plan out. If you need anything don't hesitate in calling."

Kuyoja wanted to protest but decided against it. He had faced much worse than a simpe child in his life time...he could handle it couldn't he? he wasn't so sure but he nodded his head politely at Geia's words and then at Orpheus.
"Next time we could perhaps...have a quieter tea." he murmured still holding onto Sae who looked like she would rather be anywhere else but in his grasp.
Sae looked wide eye'd in fear as Geia announced he was leaving. "Geewwwaah! Stwwway!" She pleaded not wanting the gorgous owl to leave.

Orpheus nodded, "Sure, the tea was good but I think next time we do this I will bring the snacks." He offered, he could think of all kinds of good things that would go well with the tea that they could eat.
Geia gave the snake girl a smile, "I will be back, don't worry. Maybe sometime you could meet my friend Vorel too? When your feeling up to it." He told her then held then carefully tied the blue ribbon around her wrist, "Here you go, take good care of that for me."
He took a step back and Orpheus reached a hand out to steer his boy toward the door knowing that Geia wouldn't be able to leave easily on his own with Sae asking him to stay.

Sae protested again squirming in Kuyoja's grasp which was firm.
"Gewwah!! Noooo geewaaah !!" Came her little voice pleading for the owl to stay. Kuyoja merly continued to hold her as best as he was able without dropping the squirming toddler.
Trying to calm her down the man tried to reassure her by speaking softly to her. But one could still hear her little high voice shouting for Geia to come back.
