Roe watched the pups mingle. Karen seemed to be the black sheep of the lot, being abnormally hyperactive for a kit his age. Then her gaze settled on the other two pups who looked like they were getting along just fine.

Not expecting the rather sudden pounce, Alok lost his balance and fell on his side into the tall grass. Karen’s playful assault didn’t hurt or anything, but he decided to play along and act like he was losing the ‘battle’.
“Yer a strong one, pup! I don’t think I can fight ye off!”
Struggle, struggle.
“Ye got me, ye did! Everythin’s goin’ black…”
With that, he pretended to fall unconscious, his limbs going limp and his eyes closing.

feeling the large male go limp he jumped off swishing his tail lightly. slowly scanning the clearing for his next victom. settling his sites on Roe he quickly ran and jumped at her legs nipping them one after another.

Hoshi blinked, well that was surprising, at least it would get him away from the larger number of foxes.
"Uhm, sure, I would love to go sit with you..." he stood slowly, and stretched in the manor of a cat . At least she didn't seem like she wanted pounce on him or something.

She giggled again. "You seem like you won't jump on me! Karen's a bit too energetic." She looked around the circle again, watching the interaction of the group. Karen seemed to be the odd one out, attacking everyone.

When he noticed that the playful kit had set his sights elsewhere, Alok slowly gathered to his feet again and sat back, sighing. It had been a while since he'd played around with a youngster, he reckoned. Far too long, in fact. Ah, well. There seemed to be more and more these days, so the chances of being attacked by the energetic fuzzballs was starting to get higher and higher.
"Well, if you'll all be excusin' me, buh' I've got some chores to see to b'fore the mornin's done. Pleasure meetin' you all, it was," he announced aloud, taking to his feet and starting out of the area. "G'bye now!"

Hoshi, just sat there, trying to convince himself the nothing bad would happen to him around these other foxes. Trying his hardest to be friendly he replied to Riima.
"No, I would never do that, I mean, not unless they tried it on me fist", he said, eying the retreating form of Karen.

"Pleasure meeting you, too, Alok!" Roe called after him.
She allowed herself to collapse upon the soft, short grass. 'I wonder how long we've been talking... Yesterday's travel is starting to catch up to me..' And with that thought, she yawned and drifted off into dreams she would seldom recall.
