= are you going to try to be an elder? my character playing sister to an elder would be a little bit strange.

though I suppose I look like an elder more than others, meh, nah..I don't want to be an elder
but yes. good idea. I'm just excited for the actual RP to come in :] warning( I'm at least semi-literate with my roleplays)

Elders would be very good. I think they should meet some qualifications, like being semi-literate. I'm still getting back into the swing of RPing (I took a 2 year hiatus from it), but I would love to try out for the black centaur mage elder position.

So we'll be electing our elders yearly? Democracy might be the best way to go about it. Good thinking, peoples. What happens if an elder has to resign? Would we need elders-in-waiting?

We could always have the runner-ups take over if an elder decides to leave. The runner-ups could also have a bit of say in what goes on, being that they will most likely be the right hand...er...man...of the elder.

Okay so three positions for each color
There's warrior, and mage, but what's the third? o__o It'd need to be uniquely different from those too.

We could always break warrior down into separate positions, one for hand to hand combat (swords, fists, etc) , and ranged combat (bow and arrow, throwing knives, etc).

How about a Merchant class? Merchants and artisans are the backbone for any civilized structure and usually carry a heavy vote.
