"Al right, then, on the count of three?" he said, sitting up straight and flicking his tail, "One, two, three." He turned and walked to sit where she was sitting, his excitement making his tail twitch even more.

As soon as she heard him say 3, she was up and moving to his spot as fast as she could without running. She sat down and studied the word that was written. 'Gossimer' was what it said. She played the name over in her head, then turned to see how he had reacted.

"He loves me." He smiled at what she'd written, turning the phrase over in his mind and running it through various things he could say in reply to it. Unfortunately he didn't think any of them were good enough for it and so just looked over his shoulder, his face turning slightly pink, as he tried to read what she thought of his name.

"So, Gossimer is the one who loves me?" She tried to keep her face expressionless, but failed. She grinned and tackled him, laughing. "That's such a neat name!" She pawed at him. "So what did you think, hmm?"

He grinned back and batted at her ears, replying with a laugh, "I think there's some truth to it." He thought there might be more than 'some' truth to it, but he thought if that was going to be said he would let Lilith decide if it needed to be said.

She paused to look at him seriously. "You think so?" She didn't like being teased about these kinds of things. Though she used to tease all the time. Maybe she was a hypocrite, but she was sensitive. And she really did like Gossimer. She smiled as she said his name in her head again.

He paused at her serious look, answering just as seriously, "Yes." He smiled at her smile, wondering what she was thinking about that made her change her expression so much.

"I think you are the greatest guy I have ever met," Lilith batted her eyes and pranced over to him. "And you have a very handsome name," she purred.

"Really?" he asked, blinking in surprise, "Uh, thank you!" He inched back slightly as she purred at him, trying to keep the pink from his face and his tail from twitching nervously. "Uh, I think you're the greatest girl I've ever met!" he said, although she was actually the only girl he had ever met.

She giggled. "You really mean that?" She pulled pulled lightly on one of his ears. "That makes me very happy!" She twirled once and then hugged him.

"Yep!" he said, his ear turning pink where she touched it, "I'm glad it makes you happy!" He turned almost completely pink when she hugged him, taking a few moments to shake himself and get his coloring back to normal before hugging her back.

She nuzzled in his neck for a second then let him go. "Now that are secrets are out," she giggled, "What would you like to do?" She looked out the entrance, seeing that the storm had mostly blown over.

"I don't know," he laughed, "What would you like to do?" He followed her gaze out the door and grinned, seing that the rain was almost gone from the sky.

"Know any good games?" She shifted her gaze to the fire, which was still burning a little. Her blanket was still where she had left it by the fire, a little too close. "We had better put that out first," she said as she moved to get her blanket before it caught on fire.

"Ummm... I know card games, but not really any others," he said, moving to the door so he could get the bucket stationed behind the roothill that was now filled with rainwater to put out the fire.
