Sadie nodded and looked about the clearing where they had started thier meeting at. It seemed so plain and ordinary compared to the place they had just came from. She sighed and looked up into the night sky at the stars and flicked her tail casually.
"It is very generous of them to have adopted the foal, even though it does not look like one of thier own." she commented after a while and dropped her gaze. Her ears swiveled on the top of her head listening to the sounds of the night. "Maybe it is an angeni foal. They have many wings from what I have heard of them, though I am not sure if they are even real. Who knows though, right? Anything is really possible." she turned her gaze to him and flashed him a small grin. "Yes, here we are. I did have a good evening and I admit it was probably better than if I had spent it alone and grumbling."

Having turned his head toward the star littered sky over head, he listened to her as she spoke of what the foal could have been. He hadn't seen the foal himself, only heard. Nodding he looked back toward Sadie as she gave a small grin in his direction. He reflected it with one of his own.
"Yes, my Grandmother is always looking for a reason to be around foals. She was always insistent with my parents to let me and my siblings to stay there with them." He chuckled lightly. "But then again, I would think any mother or grandmother would like to have foals around when their own have grown and spread their own wings."
Turning to one side a little, he would be heading back toward his little paradise for the night. He always spent his nights there away from home. Myrrh would have to remember which paths lead him to home, his parents home rather when he and Sadie traveled there to explore the caves even more. He was just itching to learn more about those caves and see where the many tunnels and passages lead to.
"Oh, when do you wish to explore those caves?" he asked before completely turning away.

The copper mare chuckled at his comments about mothers, grandmothers and foals. That was exaclty the case with her teepee mate, Settia. She was always pestering her son and grandsons about foals and what not. She was just happy that the old mare hadn't started doing the same to her. "I think your right about mothers and grandmothers. It is exaclty the case with an old red mare with whom I live with. She is always picking at her son and grandsons about having children." she responded shaking her head. It was really a comical sight to see.
She hadn't given it much thought as to when she wished to explore the caves. "Umm, I don't know. What about you? When would you like to explore your caves?" she asked him figuring since it was his home he could decide when to go.

Myrrh gave a hearty laugh when Sadie mentioned a mare that lived with her. He had a feeling that all were that way, he had yet to meet someone who wasn't thrilled about having foals or wanting foals around. He had to admire his own grandparents, he wondered if they would pester him if and when he had a family of his own or his siblings for that matter. Oh it would be fun seeing his grandparents swooning over his own when he came to be a father.
Soon things turned back to the matter at hand. When was a good time to explore the caves? Surely during the day and sometime soon so that things weren't forgotten. Closing his eyes for a moment in thought, he found a good time, he hoped maybe that it was good for her.
"How about in a couple of days? The mountains where my parent's live are a fair distance away." He admitted looking off in the general direction. "We can meet up here when starting out and I can lead you to where a back entrance is. One that leads up to where my parents stay. The entrance is off to one side of the waterfall I had mentioned earlier. You'll see what I mean when I told you about leaping off it and into the pool below."
Though now a yawn escaped him, though he had tired to hold it in. Turning his head to one side and down a bit. Myrrh shook it off, it certainly was late and getting later. He was normally ready for bed by the time the cloak over head was finished. But he would see Sadie off first...

She nodded and tried to stiffle her own yawn. She was sure everyone back home was settled and asleep by now. Settia would never tell her, but she knew the older mare would be worrying over her. She did that for everyone with whom she lived with. "A couple of days sounds good and here is a good meeting place. I have come by this way many times so I doubt that I will forget where it is." she said with a smile, trying to hold back yet another yawn that tried to escape.
"I suppose I should be heading on my way before I fall asleep standing here! That wouldn't be good at all." she said with a chuckle and turned in the general direction of where the teepee was.

Myrrh gave a nod as they were both tired, it had been an exciting day and he had a feeling it would be just as exciting when they were in the caves of his old home. AS she spoke of heading home he nodded once more.
"Good night, Sadie. Sweet dreams." He smiled turning to head back the way they had come from his small paradise. "See you in a couple of days," He called back as he stepped back towards the shadows, his ears listening for her leave before he would pick up the pace to his own bed and sleep.

She watched as he turned to walk away and began to walk back the way she had come. "Sweet dreams to you too." she called back before picking up her pace and heading home. Tonight she was sure she would be up for a bit longer thinking about that had happened and all that was about to happen in a few days. She only hoped that she wasn't making a mistake with any of this...whatever it was.
