Lol you still don't get my point. I guess things are different, we will just eliminate Freeze Clause.
Freeze clause on Shoddy Battle means once frozen another Poke of yours cannot be frozen at the same time. Ice Beam etc can still be used, just freezing won't happen again.

Are you saying that in shoddy battle, that the freeze claus is automatically programed in the software?

Why you want to be a Gym Leader: Because i havent battled anyone with my new team of bug pokemon and i would like to try it out and make those trainers that wish to challenge me into bug food

I hope no one minds me asking, are we waiting for most players to apply for gym leadership so we can fight for a spot, or is there going to be a set date when application will stop?

He has a point. It ends tomorrow. Could battle for order or rank, but, that kinda seems pointless unless was just want to let the challengers know what they're dealing with.

Skill Level: lets say to date iv never lost
Knowledge of EVs/IVs: ev stands for effort value, and are trained, each Pokemon has a max of 510 with a max of 255 in any individual stat. every 4 ev equals 1 stat.
IV stands for individual value and come with the pokemon upon capture or when received in an egg...it ranges from 0 -31 and is applied to every stat..
Why you want to be a Gym Leader: i want to battle someone for importance, to protect something if you will, that being a badge, a title of sorts, a title that says you've beaten me, I'm rarely beaten... I'm a great battler and i want to show others my true power with an importance in it... sure battling for fun is great, but being serious about it is always good too...
