"I believe that I shall go first," said Genji. He planted his feet firmly on the ground and breathed in an out very calmly. The reiatsu flowed through him but not very smoothly. In and out. The breathing was meant to steady himself. When he was finally steady, he focused the reiatsu into his blade. Once it was ready, Genji swung down with force. The reiatsu was released and hit the rock. It did slice into the rock, but it didn't completely slice through, but it was very close. "How was that, sir?"

"Good, but." Yamoto points to the rock. The rock was completly new again. "Do it again, make sure you slice it all the way."

"Um, Yamoto normal or do you want me to use my shikai" Rose asked him. She unsheathed her zanpaku-to. "Nice try Genji, with a bit more practice it looks as though you'll be able to cut all the way through." Then she started to focus her reiatsu forming a blue aura around her blade.

"Ok" Rose says as she squares up to the side of the rock that Genji did not attack. "Hmmm how much to release" she wonders while holding her zanpaku-to towards the rock. She jumps to the top of the rock and brings the sword down on top as she falls back to the ground, but she gets stuck with her feet still a couple of feet off of the gound. "A bit of help please, I guess i didn't release enough" she says blushing still holding onto the sword.

Yamoto appears on top of the rock. He gathers reiatsu in his right hand. "Hold on Rose." Yamoto punches the rock with his right hand. The rock explodes. Yamoto quickly grabs rose before she could fall. He lands safely on the ground. "You alright."

Rose is still blushing from embarrassment as he grabs her. "Thanks, can you make another I wish to try again" she says trying to regain her compsure. "I hate being this short, its a hindrance" she says slightly flustered.

Yamoto sets her down gently. He walks over to where the giant rock had stood. He put his hand on the ground and contrates for a moment. Two rocks now appear. Each one was the same size as the rock before. "Now both of you can pratice"

"Yes, sir," said Genji. "I will do better this time." The motions were the same. Feet were firm on the ground, breathing in and out, reiatsu focused to the blade: now as Genji swung, he imagined that Bount. He saw the dark look in his eye and felt the malevolence radiating from his very being. This helped Genji concentrate the power. The second time was the charm. The rock was cut clean in two. "How was that, sir?" asked Genji, trying to keep his excitement from bursting out.

Genji couldn't contain himself. He cheered happly. "I am so happy right now. What shall we do next?"

"Good job Genji" Rose says as her reiatsu level rises, creating a bigger aura around the sword. "This time I'm going to split it clean" she says jumping up again, this time as she comes down with the sword she gains speed. She hits the ground and falls face first smashing against the split rock, her sword stuck deep in the ground. Blood runs down her face as she collapses onto the ground.

Yamoto walks over to Rose. He smiles as he picks her up and set her down under a tree. "Nice job Rose, but don't over do it."

Oh my!" cried Genji as he witnessed the very painful incident. He rushed over to Rose. "Are you all right, Rose-san?" he asked with concern.

After about fifteen minutes Rose opens her eyes, and winces experiencing a rush of pain. "Ouch, how did I get over here" she says allowed questioningly. Then supprised at the sight of Genji hovering she jumps a little, wincing more. She touches her face noticing something not quite right, she looks at her hand noticing a little bit of blood. "Is there any water around" she asks him.
