Thanatos blinked and stared. Uncaring about the flames, he snapped his fingers and made his own fire. He hopped around a bit on one foot, and then the next.

Bull shunpos into the weight room. He sees Tagg and decides to leave her be. Using his new, ripped, sleeveless shirt, he moves over to the free weights and picks up a hefty 80 pounds in each hand. Sitting on an adjusted bench, he began to lift them. His muscles began to contract and release. His finely toned muscles began to expand. After 10 sets of 10 reps, he puts down the weights and sighs. "That was a good warm-up!" He retrieves some special weights from the rack. They were numbered '0' and weighed accordingly. Putting some reitasu into them, the '0' began to change, it turned into a '120'. Bull began pumping out more and more sets of ten. Eventually, Bull removes his reiatsu from the weights and they returned to '0'. His arms were bulging. Bull began to breathe heavily. His irises were red. His breathing became slow and calm. His muscles began to compress, returning to their normal size. Bull's back was sweating. He wipes off the bench and lays down on one of the mats. He relaxes, enjoying the AC. Squad 7

~*Tagg Nobunaga, Tagg looks at her Zanpakuto and says,
"Spread Bechlem."
The Arcane mass sweat-ed off the blade and ran over to Tagg, as she put down the hand weights she moved to the Bench press.
Ok now Bechlem.
The Arcane mass wrapped around the sides of the bad and pulled them down with all its might, (which in the BSS has ripped people apart) Tagg's eyes were wide as she did reps but the reps were strenuous on her, she didn't stop and continued her lifting. Captain of Squad 3*~

After Tagg completed her weight lifting she wiped her head with a wet towel and grabbed her cloths and walked out, giving a kind smile to Bull, and Yamoto.

"First lesson in battle, never not care about your enemy if you don't know crap about them," Ti said as he quickly ran through the air appearing behind Thanatos, "You may have flames my friend, but to me, that's no more than the heat of a summer day," he said as he quickly aimed a palm jab at Thanatos.

Bullene also returns the next day. He felt rejuvenated after his treatment in Squad 12. He moves over to the bench press. He puts on a total of 300 pounds on the bar (including the bar). His two new wristbands were around his wrists. He begins by doing 10 sets of 5. This time, his pectoral muscles doing the majority of the work. Bullene begins to grunt as he gets to the last few reps. Placing the bar back on the rack, Bull walks over and picks up two 50 pound weights and puts them on the bar. He places his hands together in the center of the bar. He begins to lift and lift, completing the same amount of sets and reps as before. Once again, he get up and picks up a total of 100 pounds in weights for both sides. Carefully, he takes off one of his wristbands. A small shock-wave of energy goes throughout the weight room. Bull lays himself down and begins to lift again. He is continually lifting the bar, up and down, up and down. Bullene hears a creaking, he disregards it. With a loud snap, Bullene feels no weight on his arms. The bar had snapped in half. "Damn it!" Bull says, getting himself up. The effects are so much better than I thought. He picks up each side with one hand and moves them into the corner. Looking at Tagg, he gives her a quick wave. "Yo!" Bull then leaves the weight room via shunpo.Squad 7
