Asuma, I trust that with your experience you know what skills are too strong and how to balance a character. Your second RPC is welcome here, but s/he'll have to work his/her way up with challenges like everyone else.

Shikai: My blade will break down into to what looks like to be Snow Flakes to the normal eye which really can cut through almost anything except for very hard material like Diamond. It is up Ten Thousand Snow Flakes that is controlled by my Reiatsu that is how I determine its movements and location. If I use my hands to direct the Snow Flakes it will increase in speed being able to catch faster and more powerful opponents.

Role Play Sample:
Hao looked around and noticed that he took to wrong route to the Gate back to the Sereitei and was trapped by three different low level hollows. He drew his Yasuhiro and watched closely at each hollow trying to think of a good way to take all three out. He then spun around to the hollow that was behind and chanted "Blue Fire Crash Down" and released a velvet blue fireball at the hollow and ran in behind as it was hit by the technique. Hao jumped in the air and made a vertical slash from the top of its skull all the way down killing the first hollow leaving two left.
Hao then turned around not noticing that one of the other hollows came in to attack me while I was unguarded Hao thought quickly and focused his reiatsu and vanished before the hollows eyes and appeared behind him slashing horizontally cutting the hollow in half leaving one left. He turned to the last hollow and rose his right arm extended his index finger "White Lightning" he said softly as his right index fingered sparked with blue lightning and shot off a stream of lightning shooting straight threw the hollow killing it instantly "Well now that is done I can get back home"

Role Play Sample:
A cool brisk wind swept through the Rukongai in the early morning. Dark rusty dreads swayed through the air as the wind continued to blow. Ntozake's hazel eyes slowly looked up into the blue sky that hovered over the Soul Society. Her eyes occassionally darted over at the puffy white pillows that floating among the sky. The small teenager had no idea where she was or how she got here, all she could remember was a scream and a small pain in her shoulderblade. She winced at the thought that brought a small stinging sensation to her shoulder. The place was very foreign to her with its weird buildings and everything. She knew for sure that she was not in the Bahamas nor France. She took her attention off of the sky, then to the blood-stained white wifebeater she wore. She blinked cluelessly at the sight of the blood, briefly wondering how it got there in the first place.
Could she have murdered someone or something? Her mind was generating all kinds of questions and scenarios at this point, but the teenager managed to silence her thoughts. Ntozake knew she had no time to be wondering, she had to find out some things. She had to find out how she got to this place and how she could go back home...

Huang lay on his back, using his arms as a makeshift pillow. He gazed up at the vast sky and smiled wistfully in bliss. It was like a dream come true to watch the magnificent view of nature, but the freedom soaring about in the above could never happen for him as his memories binded him to the ground. He inwardly winced as he couldn't help but be reminded of that fretful night. He was thrusted back into the bank of memories; Laughter echoing throughout the night, falling in what seemed to be an endless descent, the sight of twisted blue eyes, dancing with mirth and insanity, constantly haunting him.
"Oi Huang!" The shout caused him to snap back to reality, and he quickly shot his vision at the direction of the voice. It was one of his female friends, wavering to him to come over. He blinked and shook off any signs that might mislead people to thinking that there was something wrong with him, and put on his cheery facade. He scrambled over to his companion, casting away his emotions, but he couldn't help the one thought which was beginning to nag the back of his mind. How long would he be able to keep this up?

I have only been here for a short while, but I'm positive that this is what I want!" He looks up anxiously, the will to prove himself is written clearly in his expression. He waited, for an answer; may it be only a body movement to see a glimpse of what the captain may be thinking. That feeling, more intense than the greatest battle, hat feeling of anticipation; he felt like he could deal with it for eternity if it took that long.
