These are my comments. I'm still totally in love with Henry Cavil and have been since I was 10 (Im almost 15). I really really wish that he would be the Edward in the movie instead of Robert. I have nothing agianst Robert I just grew up with Henry Cavill.
PS. Robert would be a lot more hott if he didn't smoke. razz

Personally, I don't think any human is worthy to play Edward Cullen. I think what the Stephanie Meyer wanted our imaginations to go wild when she was describing Edward Cullen. When I was reading the books, It was almost hard for me to think up a good image of Edward. Whatever I thought of was never good enough for me. So unless the director of Twilight digs up a real vampire, I don't think anyone can completely satisfy us.

Catna Scotties MiaKitty I happen to think he's going to be a great Edward. I've seen the movie poster, and it sent delicious shivers up my spine! He's got the whole brooding sexy look thing down, that's for sure, look! He's right for it, I think. Look-wise, anyway. He has the sharp, angular features the role calls for, and can definitely dazzle people with those eyes... I don't think they could have ever found anyone quite sexy enough, but I think they did a good job. I agree. Besides it's not how good you look it's how you act. and he's a great young actor. You're right. I think they did do a pretty good job. Considering how bad they could've done, they did pretty well.

Everything about Henry is (almost exactly) absolute perfect for this role. I wish Henry got that part...Henry was supposed to play Cedric too and then Robert stole his role. Henry is considered the most unlucky man in hollywood and has lost many parts to other actors such as the part of Robin in Batman Begins, and Cedric in Harry Potter. He is still an outstanding actor and even greater person. (I am almost absolutely certain he's a good person, but I never met him so...a girl can dream can't she!)

I watch rod as an actor and he is great I would rather have a good movie then a bad one with super hot actors

That's a good point. But I still think they could have done better with the choices. But that's all right. I'm sure it will be good.

I never expected this guy to play either of these characters, though i suppose you could search for centuries and not find someone sexy enough for Edward. I'm also sry to offend anyone, but the actors in TWilight dont look at all anything I expected.

I have to say, this is a VERY sexy picture of Edward and Bella. Scotties MiaKitty I happen to think he's going to be a great Edward. I'm also sry to offend anyone, but the actors in TWilight dont look at all anything I expected. they look similar to what I expected. Kristin looks enough like me, and Alice looks enough like herself even though I expected Liberty spikes. Emmet's hair needs to be curly.

Well actually, I pictured Alice to look completely different but I guess you can't get everything in life. (Actually none of the characters look like I thought they would) KimCL I suppose we can't do anything but complain, but when the movie comes out we will all go watch it and im sure melt when we look at the screen and see Edward. *sigh* They nailed the role of Alice, she's beautiful!

Minerva the Whore 4 Books I'm not trying to be offensive, just honest, okay? ... I disliked Twilight and didn't read the rest of the series after book one. The characters are shallow and underdeveloped; readers are simply expected to accept them at face value. Meyer, the author, openly admits she knows little about vampyrs and in the novel it definitely shows. Much of the plot is like the stereotypical vamp fan fiction found on-line and I don't doubt that she "borrowed" some ideas. I didn't hate the book, but considering how many fantasy stories I read, I can deduce that it isn't very good, and I cannot comprehend the ridiculous popularity surrounding it. I'm not an Anne Rice fan either, but at least I understand why people like her; the Twilight hype baffles me. Maybe the film will be better? I might watch it, though if I do it certainly won't be in theartres. If I do see it, I imagine Robert will make a good Edward. Oh no, here we go. For one, you would rather her be a vampire fanatic and know everything about them and their history? That's boring. Atleast she has her own imagination. I happen to think that her characters are very well developed. Look at Bella Swan, she is so complex and she always keeps the readers guessing and wondering why she does what she does. But I suppose not everyone agrees on everything. Just because you don't like the series, doesn't mean it's not an amazing book to someone else.
