Sans apostrope = without an apostrope. "Ardrai" instead of "Ar'drai" biggrin .
I just bought an HTF yaoi DJ this afternoon! And then dollmore.com slapped me with an extra shipping charge. So poor ;_;.

I recently (like a few months ago) started to read Yaoi and suprisingly like it haha. Then again, it helps me understand the relationships and barriers they have to overcome for my own two guy characters.
On that note, Sebastian and Ryan have just kissed! It was so hot. My brother was disgusted but I gave him a good telling off and said he was jealous. Stupid immature child xD
I'm writing now and it's going to be great because I get to write about my first ever main characters in the trilogy again. I love Alexei and Shaye. But it sucks I have a sorethroat and getting my mum's cold.
@Saint = Hmm doesn't Ar'drai go then? Hmm I will have to change it. What's HTF yaoi?
I think I have realized how dumb I am. I always ask so many questions but then again...most people here seem to be American and mostly talk about American stuff I don't know. xD

I may be American, but I try to be mindful of the fact that not everyone has to deal with that horrendous excuse for a reality show, American Idol. *Shudders.* Actually, 99% of reality shows are stupid and not true in the least to reality. George Carlin, may he rest in peace, hit the nail on the head when he said Americans will watch just about anything. That they should have an all-suicide channel and call it must-die-TV and that Americans would come up with some funky s**t just to get on there. (Paraphrased 'cause I can't remember the rant word for word... yet.)
Anyway, I do so love the male-on-male pairing. I have yet to discover the reason, but it is just so hot!

I would love to meet a hillbilly. I see so many on Jerry Springer. Hell I adore that show xD
Anyway...
I'm really annoyed because Ryan is going to be induced into an alternate dream reality as its the only was possible for my baddies to get to him. The thing that annoyed me is that I have spent all morning researching anicent Gods that control dreams and I've used Greek Gods before...
I came across the Oneiroi, who are ancient greek gods who control dreams. I scrolled down on wikipedia and saw that Sherrilyn Kenyon has already used them in her Dark Hunter/Dream Hunter series I am reading. It has annoyed me. I haven't read any of her Dream Hunter ones so I never knew she had used them.
So that has messed up my story but a good advantage is that she did a twist I think and its more than the three original Gods? Hmm, well I might just take one of those three Gods.
*Rant over* xD

Morpheus, Phantasus, and Phobetor are in no way mentioned in Kenyon's novels that I remember. She deals primarily with the Oneroi (spelling?) and has created her own names for them.
Morpheus takes the shape of other humans in dreams. I can't remember which does what, but the other two take the shapes of animals and inanimate objects.
>.> ... <.< ...
I swear I know nothing of the dream gods! wink

All of the great mythological figures are taken. Several times. *sigh*
BUT IT IS STILL ALWAYS OK TO USE THEM ANYWAY.
Or make your own.
Although your editor will probably slap you a few times if you do that.
Just tell her/him that you are a masochist and only cookies can punish you.
Then you will have a good story with a good mythology and a cookie! Which will hopefully also be good.

Thank god! I take it you have the books then Irin xD I like the Dark Hunter ones, haven't read the dream hunter ones. Phobetor is the animal one and Phantasus I think is the inanimate object one. Well...if not I have it written down somewhere.
Haha that would be so funny Saint. I could just imagine the conversation xD

Well...I'm finally back on track. I think playing Final Fantasy helped and getting over my cold. Even though my little finger is broken xD I was play fighting haha.
I have my alternate dream reality people, the Oneiroi and I have a perfect plan, putting Ryan into a difficult situation. But it isn't going to work. Which means my bad guy is going to have to steal someone else to bring back his beloved.
I'm going to have such fun when my main bad woman comes back as all of Ryan's family have been scarred deeply because of her and my bad man.
So I'm writing now and drinking some weird juice thing and eating a nice big white chocolate chip cookie. Yum!!

I'm so glad you're doing well!
And I just caught a glimps of my avatar and ... God I look like a freak. It's that darn spirit week. I should never have looked at it. I've spent a 2k already and that's me being conservative...Most of the stuff has decent re-sell, though. And I did buy the leg tattoo that I'd been wanting...oh well.
So glad things are working! Don't fret too much about an idea being taken. Chances are that by the time you work it into the story it'll be completely different. Besides, we all live on the same planet and deal with the same world history--there are bound to be some similarities in our writing. Honestly, I think love poems have been written on just about everything in existence and about every facet of romance but that certainly doesn't keep people from writing them--somtimes even well.
