Obviously Ebris hadn't heard her when she said the thing was clearly dead if only by how hard he had thrust it's head into the dashboard, that or he didn't care.
Figuring it was better to let the man just take his frustrations out on the thing she wasn't about to say or do anything and was planning on getting comfortable again until-
BOOM
Oh s**t. The ******** thing exploded?!
The force of the explosion wasn't HOMGHUEG but if it was enough to knock Ebris back, it sure as hell sent the femme hunter back into her cab mate, the cyberpunk Dzan and both into the door and out onto ********> Ryke cursed, though while thankful that most of the blow was centered around her partner. She pulled herself off the ground and climbed back into the glass and shrapnel littered cab as the bounty brute barked an order to do so.

Five zombies shuffled forward.
Five opened their mouths to prep the familiar heat blast. Two blasts shot forward and would impact along the grill and into the cab. It wouldn't make driving easy, but that wouldn't save them from the BIGASS truck barreling down. There was three satisfying tire crushes, and one robot that just ******** FLEW.
Of course the other fourteen robots were brought to attention right now. and they would goddamn swarm. As the truck accelerated robots would jump and charge. The kitten hats would hear more tire crushes, scratching against the door, and lots of screeching.
At least four more were destroyed and a good few were left behind. Looking in the rear view Ebris would see three pulling their wall climb onto the trailer of this big rig. One was screeching like hell holding onto the footstep and raising dirt and sparks as it was dragged along. One particular on the ball robot was already making its way towards the cab on top of the trailer, while two more were wall climbing on the side Ebris could not see easy.
There was also something twitching on the grill.

Athan Cole, swordsman, mercenary, hero, emergency ward patient, came limping on through the Dome. He was heading towards the tendril that jutted into the sky, where he had left the APC parked with Vahn.
It was at this point he was hoping pretty damn hard that Vahn hadn't driven off with his only form of transportation. Even though it would have been totally cool to walk through a frozen tundra without a shirt on and massive internal injuries, he just wasn't all too excited about the prospect.

Assuming that Allen was still following him, Athan continued his mad dash slow limping walk towards the steel district, where his APC, and safety, waited for him.
Of course, there was still the matter of getting the hell out of town, but hey, at least a vehicle could move faster.
