I'll bet you could. He grinned somewhat, and listened to what else you had to say. He placed a hand on your shoulder, and sighed melodramatically.. Ah, Squall..Dearest and oldest of all my friends. You've never been good and finding trouble. Thankfully, you've got me around to help ya out. He smirked good-naturedly.. I don't suppose you've heard of what's been going on up in Trabia, then..What a shame..Those poor people. He pretended to be gregariously moved by some kind of plight..

He raised an eyebrow while at the same time shrugging Seifer's hand off his shoulder.
The reconstruction crews having problems?

He shrugged lightly, grinning You could say that. But it ain't a shortage of people or materials. It's been a year, they've mostly got it all finished. It's something a little more withtin the range of Balamb's Finest's talents..

He crossed his arms and looked to the side, pondering any complications the reconstruction crews might be having that would require SeeD intervention. Not much could, come to think of it. He looked back to Seifer.
Galbadia causing trouble again?
It wouldn't be the first time. Frankly, he didn't think it would be the last, either. No matter how many times SeeD beat on them, Galbadia just never seems to learn.

Seifer smirked Nah. It ain;t the bucketheads. It's some kind of group of travellin' rogues, I hear. I hear theres a whole lot of 'em, and they've been makin' their base near the Shumi village, west of the garden.. I bet they'd be real appreciative if SeeD stepped in and offered to put down the threat, wouldn't you say, mister leader? He grinned, pleased with himself..

Once more, his arms crossed and his eyes turned to the pool surrounding the central pillar.
"Sounds easy enough. Small group, doesn't seem to be a real threat. Might be good for the exam."
He looked back at Seifer again.
I'll have to check on them, see how big a threat they are.

Well, if it ain't too bold of me, fearless leader..He smirked, reaching into a pocket inside his gray coat, pulling out a sheet of paper..On closer inspection, it seemed ot be some well-done research on the group, listing them as having about 40-50 people. Piece of cake. Nothin' compared to Dollet, eh? He grinned..

Irvine snapped awake suddenly. His dream had gone a little too far... And that scared him. Irvine rolled out of bed, coughing a bit. He stood up and grabbed his hat, then put it on. The sharpshooter took Valiant out of it's holster and headed towards the training area. He was going to waste some energy.

He took the paper and scanned it over quickly, looking first at estimated troop strength, then at estimated combat ability.
Half the number of G-Soldiers we encountered at Dollet, and around three-fourths the combat ability of the G-Army? This won't even be an appropriate challenge for four squads. We may have to cut back...
( :\ -decides to be nice and let Irvine have access to the elevator to go to the second floor training room- xd )

He shrugged Hey, SeeD is an elite group right? So that shouldn't be a big deal..

"Irvine!" Selphie said quietly running towards him when she noticed him. She tapped him on the shoulder. She was happy some one else was awake.

That's the whole point, Seifer. If the mission isn't challenging, then we can't accurately grade the cadets' performance to determine if they're eligible for SeeD.

(Hesh rules.)
Irvine turned to face Selphie. It took his brain a moment to register what Selphie had just said.
"Oh, hi."

( After hours at the Garden, who actually follows the rules around here!? xd )
There was a loud thud and a curse from the dormitories as Zell fell from the bed onto the floor. He stood half-asleep and yet full of energy already. He sighed and slowly walked out of his room, he was dieing of hunger right now and would never get to bed without some food, time for operation hotdog theft, or so Zell thought.
"What the ...?" Zell blinked as he walked slowly towards the Cafeteria only in the wrong direction. He stood there blinking and looking around only to notice Squall ... and Seifer.
" ... damn Seifer " Zell mumbled and looked around, he was trying to find a way of not getting spotted.
