XD I got it thrifting actually! So I have no idea where it originally came from. The tag inside just says "One Step Up".

The lace on the ends of the sleeves are just lace wristlets/ sleeve stoppers.

So last Sat, I went to a lolita meet up and here is what me and my friend wore.
( The dress my friend is wearing is mine...actually everything but the bag are mine XD lol)
