What I wonder about Timmy is why he has a goatee? And why is he suddenly attracted to Dr. Singh? Was his evil counterpart a being with a growth spurt. Maybe this bearded Timmy IS the evil Timmy!

Well, I'm not sure how this could've happened, but remember the other manga, the one of the Prom? Timmy wanted to invite Dr. Singh but never got the chance because she went with someone older.
Maybe his hormones underwent some sort of radioactive mutation, and his inner thoughts made this metamorphosis possible.

The Goatee as a plot device for recognizing evil twins has been around quite a while. I suggest you read this article and skip down to the section that says Tropes - The Goatee And I am digging Timmy's Goatee. Wish they'd release it as an item, so I could mix it up a bit without having to use the crappy PotC one.

It wasn't an evil Bender. It was Bender's rival, called Flexo who had a magnet for a goatee. He was just the same robotic model as Bender.
