He had lost them before they had even left the forest. He didn't want to be seen and eventually he ran out of hiding spaces. He had lost his only lead.
How long would this take? If they wanted to keep him out cold for the entire trip sooner or later they would have to tranquilize him a bit more. Still he couldn't see him waking up before they had finished whatever they wanted to do.

Kaki was getting bored with the passing stripes on the road below. He knew that it would be a long ride, but the road work on the highway to expand the new highway from Durem to The Port slowed it all down. He couldn't believe that they hadn't been stopped by security with a body draped over the motorcycle.
