I know this has like, nothing to do with what we're talking about right now, but.. Okay. So like last week, I watched the three original Indiana Jones movies, and in either the second or third one, I noticed that they were drinking Moet et Chandon, because I saw the name on the neck of the bottle. I instantly had a Queen moment.

I'm not sure if this would be considered a Queen moment or slight insanity on my part but I just thought for some reason that it would be awsome to get a bunch of people ever so slightly over the legal limit of what is considered being drunk and then have them sing Bohemian Rhapsody.
I'm not sure if its because the one radio show I listen to in the morning always has someone get drunk to prove the badness of drinking and driving and said person who got drunk started singing Jimmy Buffet in a hilarious way but....I digress anyway its on my bucket list of thigns needed to be done. Somehow someway I will get into the record books for most drunks singing at one time. XD

YES!!! Drunken singing!! *dances around room singing Bohemian Rhapsody in an off-key manner, earning weird looks from passersby*
I don't have much of a taste for alcohol...and even if I did, I've got seven years to go before being legal. But that would be a hilarious record to set--"Most Drunken People Singing At One Time." rofl
I wonder what Freddie would do if he read through this thread... eek

If Freddie read this he'd probably just start laughing then wonder about our sanity if he already hasn't figured out we have none.

Speaking of the devil even though its always fun to sing along at a Queen concert the people in this video are either already drunk or they just can't carry a tune at random times. xD http://youtube.com/watch?v=5GArBhnJbscAlso I'm not the drinking type either as I've tried alittle and all of it tastes like bleh so yeah...... whee edit: Also I just noticed did something go kablewkey with Brian's guitar towards the end of the video? It went all out of tune and stuffish. cool

I don't know if they are drunk or not, but they sound like it.. xd Since none of us really drink, should we shoot for 'The most underaged people pretending to be drunk while singing to Queen' record?

@ King of Fiji: Man, those people do sound drunk...XP
What's weird is that on the performance recorded on Live Killers, the crowd sang along really well. What, did people have more attuned vocal cords in the '70s or something?
I wonder if it bothered Brian at all when he was playing the song...hmm, that would be good material for a story. "The musician who was driven so crazy by people singing along to his songs in an off-key manner, that he stabbed himself repeatedly with a spork out of sheer artistic angst." Not that I think Brian would subject himself to that sort of thing, of course.
@ Kyuubi: Yeah, I'll bet if Freddie browsed this forum for five minutes, he'd realize that we're most certainly whacked-out beyond any rhyme or reason.
And yeah, that's a far better record to pursue. Particularly since it's just obscure enough that there is no way the record's already been set officially, so we can just get, say, ten people and have at it! razz All the same...it probably wouldn't hurt to gather a respectably large amount of underage pseudo-drunken Queen fans, just to be on the safe side.

Woo! We now have a record to set!! I wonder how many people we could gather, and where?

Well....Freddie would think I'm some kind of psycho and ought to be institutionalized, most likely. rofl I'll bet Roger would really like this guild--it seems right down his alley, and he doesn't come across as one with a delicate ego. John...well, John would probably be rather scared. Brian would probably be flattered, but still rather disturbed by it all.
Hmm, good question. How about we just spread the word from all the highest rooftops, and lie in wait for the pseudo-drunken underage Queenies! That would give it a more spontaneous feel, and all the greatest happenings of all are, more often than not, spontaneous.
But yeah...no ideal location really jumps out at me for the time being. Perhaps London somewhere? Since it's a really big, famous city, and it's also where Queen formed? But I suppose where in London is the real question... how about some random dumpster we can find along the way? idea
Ooh! We'll set the record for "Most Underage Pseudo-Drunken Queen Fans Singing Along To A Queen Song While Half-Buried in A Smelly, Garbage-Crammed Dumpster"! Now THAT will make us go down in history for generations to come! rofl
Dude...this is, like, the poster thread for Queenie insanity! I mean, first the Ten Commandments, now this! Jeez, this just keeps getting weirder and weirder... eek

xD I think your right on with what Queen would think!!
You're right! Go spontaneity!! Proof of said happenings: This thread! If we need pseudo-drunken kids, my towns great! Set back: They're mostly jerks and almost none of them have heard of Queen. My friends would be more than glad to help out though!!
xd So, we now have a few odd balls and a whole lot of random people on to the next question! For a place.. sweatdrop really no idea. I think it should be in the middle of the U.S. or where ever it is easiest for all of us to get together. That or someplace where random and odd records are known for happening.

whee Hehe I"m not sure where you guys live but last time I checked getting a bunch of underaged Queens fans getting drunk so they can sing Queen songs falls under illegal category.....sadly. whee As for a place maybe Conneticut because there is this one radio morning show there and its really popular and funny. And every year they get one of themselves drunk for hilarity purposes and also to show that drunk driving is bad. If anyone could possibly get this done and have a record for us to break when we get to the legal age of drinking its these guys. http://wplr.com/caj/audio_archive_2005.htmlI found the audio clip of when the one person got drunk and apparently being drunk is funner when We Are the Champions is playing in the background. XD

We wouldn't actually be drunk. All involved would seem drunk but wouldn't actually be drunk.
That place seems perfect! rofl Those are really funny! Question for anyone else that listened to all of those: Has anyone else watched 'Rainbow'?
