Starlurk No no don't worry about me biggrin I'm near a computer pretty much all day so I fill it out as I go. 3nodding Sometimes I do skip supper but it's because I've been taking this herbal supplement that makes me way more tired before I expect to be and I just haven't figured out the schedule yet. Thank you though! I really appreciate it. heart Skipping should never be an option. what kind of herbal supp?

be careful with St.John's Wort if you;re on the Birth Control Pill, St.John's Wort can negate the effects. (Ecinacea and grapefruit can do funny things to the BC pill too)

I was seeing if it'd help with some depression I was going through. 3nodding It evened me out for a few weeks but then quit working so I just thought I'm better off waiting for therapy. whee

Exactly. I don't trust the depression meds and when I read that the herbal supplement was used for kids and lesser depression cases in Germany I thought "Hmm worth a shot!" but yeah, didn't last long enough to keep trying it. 3nodding

"St. john's Wort Herbal Tea"
xD made me think of your journal.
huh, they use it on children? I guess that's better than giving them ani-depressants or something like that.

Yeah it's supposedly really mild, like I said it evened me out for a few weeks and then stopped. But hey, the falling asleep early thing wasn't so bad. It really did help with getting up early, getting a good night's sleep, and wanting to exercise in the morning. After I start talking to a therapist and I get their opinion on it, I might start taking it again just to get an even sleep schedule.
