"NOTHING!" Tanu hollered at the Nara as he asked her what was troubling her. She didn't care what Kazuma did with his things or why! "Hmph, fine," Tanu shrugged taking into consideration that the Raiken had gotten up and ready before her. "I wouldn't mind starting my test first anyways," the fiery red haired girl grunted as she followed Shin down the stairs and out of the housing district. That Tenmoki woman was about to be amazed by how much Tanu had advanced since her first class in the academy. A spiteful grin spread across Tanu's face as she took lead ahead of the Nara and walked towards her old sensei's house.

"Achooo!" Kiba woke suddenly with a loud sneeze. "Uhh," he muttered as he wiped his nose with the back of his hand "I guess someone's been talking about me, something good I hope... Geez, I feel great! It's likes I've been asleep for a couple of years!" With a great, contented yawn and some stretching the young Raiken sobered up and remembered what day it was. "Yeah! Today I-- ah!" With a great exclamation upon seeing the position of the son in the sky Kiba realized that, though it was still early, he had no time to lose! He still needed to go do some last minute brushing up before going to test to become a genin. As fast as he could the dark-eyed Raiken frantically flew out of bed with sheets flying in every direction. Desperately Kiba searched for his underwear which he eventually found and slipped into before eventually getting into his pants, sandals, and all of his other gear save his shirt which he carried in his left hand as he held the apple he was eating in his right. Upon polishing off the apple he placed the shirt over his head and blindly staggered out the door of his room. "Dang it!" he cried as he struggled with his shirt. Unfortunately Kiba failed to conquer his unruly shirt before encountering the staircase. Unfortunately his descent down the steps was comparable to that of a slinky. However, despite the immense pain that he felt from falling down the stairs he persevered running right past Shin with his shirt still over his head until he exited the housing district.

[Ah. The Shinobi Apartments was renamed the Housing District.]
"Here we are!" BakaLao called out as they approached the three story apartment building in the middle of the Housing District. "This is where our shinobi who've graduated the academy live in. That right there is the dorms, where most of the students live, but since you have a clansmen at genin rank, we thought it best to room you with him," BakaLao said as he pointed across the dirt path to the dorm apartment complex. As he opened the door, he looked at the list of names on the side of the apartment's wall to see where Shin was. There were many empty rooms since a few shinobi had gone over to the mainland to start a base in the Grass Country. It hadn't gotten lonely as the students form the dorms moved over to this apartment just recently. "Lets see... Floor 2 Apt. #6," the captain said as he headed towards the stairs. "Don't trip now! Try to use your shoulder to carry up the pack so you can look to one side to see the steps," the fisherman advised the boy.

When Kolo saw the Dorm rooms, he thought that he was going to be living in them. He was ecstatic to hear that he was living in an apartment with Shin. However, Kolo had another question, so before he took his leave to Floor 2 Aparment 6, he asked, "When do I begin my classes at the academy, and where is the academy?" Kolo humped his pack while he waited fo the answer. Ht pack felt heavy again because he was no longer distracted, and was reminded of the pack by Bakalao.
((To Hump your pack is when you sort of sling it higher up on your back.))

"Today my boy! We waste no time here in Shimagakure," BakaLao said as he turned at the top of the stairs to look down at Kolo. "I'll be introducing you to Tenmoki Yuki and we'll be going to the Academy once you have your things all set in," the old fisherman explained as he opened the door to Shin's apartment. "You'll probably know your first shinobi technique by the end of today," BakaLao said with a grin as he walked into the apartment and began setting things down on the wooden floor.

"Oh... Today? I don't even have my landlegs back yet... Oh, Happy day! I'm going to be just like Shin." Kolo said as he tried to go up the stairs with his heavy pack. He knew he had to move quickly so he could begin learning to be a ninja. He reached the top of the stairs and began looking for Apt. 6. "1....2....3..." Kolo counted as he went down the hall. "Here it is!" Kolo exclaimed as he found Shins room. "I bet these rooms are nicer than the Dorm rooms..." Kolo said to Bakalao, trying not to sound like a snob, but also being grateful that he gets to live in an apartment.

Kolo opened the door, noticing it was unlocked and went inside. The inside was better than he could have imagined. It was beautiful and he couldn't help but stad in awe in the doorway. He could only look and around and stare. He finally took a step forward and found that it only got better the farther in he went. He walked around looking at the kitchen and living room. Everything was so beautiful he couldn't speak.

Kolo was opening doors and looking inside. The apartment was amazing. "There is no way I can be wrong about what I said about the dorms..." Kolo exlaimed. He didn't know where to put his pack down, so he didn't. He kept looking around, trying to find the bedroom. He lloked through the cupboards in the kitchen, trying to remember where everything is so he won't be looking later. He looked in the fridge, then closed it when he remembered that he got free food. He was so excited with everything he learned and saw. The pack almost felt like it wasn't there again.

It was rather quiet in here...there was class today..also, some of the advanced students were testing to become genin. Serena finally decided to stop staring out of her window absentmindedly and fell back onto her bed. "Uwahhh~I'm so bored..!! It's noon and I still haven't found anything to do!" The Raiken looked over at the scrolls stuck on the shelf on the other side of the room. She would probably have time to learn some new technique...at least the most basic move in the clan. She stared at the shelf for a minute more, and then turned to her side. "Maybe tomorrow..feels like such an off day for me.."
She couldn't take it anymore..it was way to boring sitting in here all alone. Serena sat up and pulled her arms over her head to stretch. "Hmm..guess I can at least go outside to walk or something..oh wait! Isn't there a squad meeting today for the genin? Or is it just for the new genin..ach, I forgot...I'll have to go see later." She half skipped towards the door, and then shut it firmly behind her as she stepped into the hallway. The Raiken took a turn towards the stairs, and then stopped for a second..the door to Shin's apartment was open. 'That's weird. Is Shin already back from the exams?' She couldn't help but turn around and find out so she could obviously congratulate him. The genin leaned her head in "Hey Shi-.....OHH! Sorry!" It wasn't Shin in the room. Two other people were in there. She got the right room, no? Aparment #6. "I'm so sorry...I thought Shin-kun was in here..I hope I didn't interrupt anything important.." Serena apologized-embarrassed, though she still kinda wondered why BakaLao and someone else was in this aparment. New? There was unpacked stuff on the floor..He must be a new roommate..

"Hoho, not too much nicer! Everyone does their part to keep them in-tact, though," BakaLao added in as he went to go open up the window. "You can set that down anywhere boy. You'll be unpacking later tonight," BakaLao said just as a perky Raiken poked her head in. "Oh, not at all, Serena-chan," the old fisherman from the docks said. "This here is Nara Kolo. He's Shin's younger cousin and he's starting at the academy today, which we should hurry up and get to, since its the afternoon now.... Serena-chan, why don't you introduce yourself to Kolo while showing him to the Academy? I see an awkward floor board here I'd like to fix," the captain asked the genin as he twisted his long white mustache.

A crew member will look over your training and reward you accordingly. Then you post your experience in the Experience Report Thread. Make sure to read the first post and follow the instructions there. Then you can add your experience and points to your profile. You can add your experience straight to your bar, but when you add on skill points, make sure you keep your trained points separate from you base skill number (The number you already have.)

When Kolo heard that he could put his pack down anywhere, he put it down on the couch. He was walking to to the couch when Serena popped her head in. He didn't feel the need to introduce himself, seeing as how Bakalao introduced him. "So, I guess I will be seeing you later then, Bakaklao," Kolo said as Bakalao went to work on the floor board. He alked over to Serena, and asked, "So, you have a head band, do I have to call Senpai?" He hoped it was a no, because it was hard remembering to add a suffix to everyones name.

"Oh, sure~No problem at all!" Serena smiled and waved at the young boy in front of her. "It's nice to meet you Nara-kun..or may I call you Kolo-kun? Anyways let's head over to the Academy..you're already late as it is!" She motioned for them to go, and led the way down the stairs.
This boy, his outfit kind of reminded her of Xyn's..pretty much all black. Definitely didn't match her teammate's personality though-- "No no, my name's Raiken Serena. I'm of the Raiken clan..call me whatever you like, I don't mind. Just as long as its not offending..." She laughed. "I've been a genin for about two years now..your cousin-Shin-kun..he's testing for genin today! I'm sure he's passed. I've known him for a while now..he's so nice." The genin looked at him..the memories when she first arrived here. This boy was going to have a great time on Shimagakure.

"So... Kun is like, an informal suffix?" Kolo asked, trying to make sense of a system he has never used before. "if you can call me Kolo-kun, then that means I can call you Serena-kun, right?" He walked down the stairs following Serena. Yeah, Shin is my favorite cousin. We were really close back home, I was ecstatic to hear that we were going to be living togethor." He jumped down the last three steps and landed with a thud. He continued walking next to Serena as he remembered to say Senpai and Sensei.
