Kiki continued throughout the song; though her Phantom voice could definiately use a bit more work (darn the stupid low notes), Christine was in perfect condition. This was one of her favorite songs, hence why she put alot of effort into it.
As the song came to and end and the final few notes played, she rested her hands among the keys for a moment, sort of savoring the moment, you could say. That actually came out very nice!
Then she heard a voice and clapping noises. For a moment the girl thought them as part of her imagination of a imaginary audience, and she was about to stand and bow-
-til she realized that this was real, and reality came crashing back on her like a runaway train wreck.
Oooooooooooooooh crud. Crud-de-di crud crud. She had been spotted and had somehow given a performance that was not made to be public. She felt her cheeks turn pink as for a moment she couldn't lift her eyes from the piano. Was she even supposed to be in here in the first place? Why didn't she think that someone would show up? How thick was she?
Too late now, though. She finally looked up to see a teenaged boy staring back at her, looking pleased. Well, at least he liked the song........wait, Kiki needed to respond. Speak, Kiki, speak! DON'T FREEZE NAO! Er, NOW!
"U-uh, thanks." she started with a stammer, but then got a bit more confident as she turned in her seat and faced him. Sort of like facing the issue head on instead of from the side. "I take it you're one of the students here as well?"

"Rembrant Jules Gilespie, at your service. You can call me R.J." He did a little half-bow sort of thing. "I'm here for dance. There's no question what you're here for though; that music was brillant. It's nice to meet you..." He trailed off, hoping she'd supply her name.

Alex Strolls through the main gate, carrying his violin case and bags, "Great, late on his first day, what else can go wrong?"

Kiki caught on quickly and listened intently. So he was here for dance? Sounded like fun! She remembered seeing shows before with lots of dancing, ballet, and whatnot. They moved so gracefully, perhaps this boy moved like that as well?
She stood up and followed RJ's bow with a small curtsey (sp?). "Kimberly Ann Rosette's the name, but I usually go by Kiki. Gives off less of the fancy-ness vibe." she smirked. Heeeeeey, she wasn't doing too bad at this. Perhaps she had stressed over nothing after all! She needed to listen to her mother more often. "Nice to meet you as well!"
At the note of the music again, she turned pink. "Heh, thanks. It's one of my favorite songs; Mozart and Beethoven get boring after awhile, so I usually try to learn pieces from movies.....and games, occasionally. It keeps the fun in the music for me.
But I must say, this piano is in top condition and very good. This thing must be cleaned every day or something. I'll have to see what the brand is....." she tried to find it along the front of the instrument, running her hand about the smooth wood for some engravement, but it wasn't there. "Bah, I'll ask later."
"But enough about me. So, you say you're here to study dance? That sounds like fun!" she turned back to RJ changed the subject, probably too quickly. "What kind of dance are you into?"

Alex drops his bags in his room. Walks quickly to the music room. He pokes his head through the door into the room where Kiki is, "Hey is this music class?"

"Oh, I do all kinds. Ballet is what I'm really good at, though. But I do Jazz, tap, and ballroom on the side. Oh, and when I have time, I like to break dance." He had just been about to ask if he could return Kiki's performance with one of his own, when another boy came into the room. "I don't think classes started yet. I think everyone's still settling in."

Kiki listened closely as she listened to how much RJ seemed to know about different kinds of music. Very talented-sounding, but she'd like to see what he could do. After all, many boast and then can't back it up. He seemed kind, however, and sounded very excited as he was talking about it. Sort of how Kiki had been lost in her playing....
RJ looked like he was about to say something, but before he could another boy entered the room asking about classes. At the loss of sudden familarity, she suddenly became silent again, sort of retreating back to the mental shell. She didn't know how many people she could work with at once; she never had to deal with this in home-schooling. Turns out the boy's name was Alex, who seemed to be running behind on his own schedule, until informed that classes had yet to start.
At the sound of this new boy wanting to play something, Kiki wasn't sure what he meant. Did he play an instrument, or did he sing, or what? He wasn't being very clear. Were all teenagers that vague and had to have prior knowledge to pick up on? It was like a second language sometimes; one minute you're right on track, the next you're completely lost.

"I don't mind. Go ahead. What do you play?" R.J. said, genuinely interested.

Kiki seemed nervous. Maybe she was just one of those people who preferred one-on-one conversations to groups. Maybe she got nervous around boys. Either way, R.J. wished that he could somehow relieve her nerves. Nothing came to mind, so he said to Alex, "Play something lively."

Kiki wasn't sure on any particular violin songs she was in the mood for (nor did she know how much this boy was actually capable of), so she nodded her agreement with RJ; livelyness was always good.
She noticed RJ glace her way for a moment; perhaps he noticed her sudden switch? She wished she could be more open, but she hardly knew anything about this new face that entered; this one actually seemed less caring compared to RJ, who had at least been kind enough to start conversation as opposed to this one just wanting to play. Heh, more like herself, actually.....the part of her she wanted to get rid of.

Alex scratches his chin with the edge of the bow, "Lively, ok I think I can swing that." He begins playing Cruel Angels Thesis. (the opening theme to neon genesis evangelion)
