my nephew called barret Mr. T so I changed his name to Mr T. and i called Red XIII Nanaki. xd i just kept everybody else's name normal.

Barret: Jarret
RedXIII: Burnn

I keep everyone's default names, except for RedXIII, whom I name Nanaki. Although, it comes through kinda weird when the gang acts like they don't know who the guy at the entrance to Cosmo Canyon is talking about.

in 7 my pbrother named them after his friends with close birthdates.
when i played 9 an named zidane fuzball, Vivi mage 346, steiner rusty (haha), quina fat thing, Amerant baldie, ekio freek, dagger unwanted, and freya weird thing.
i didn't play till after i watched my brother beat it so some of the names make sence to their character, like zidane always calling steiner rusty.

at one point in time I just picked random objects and spelled them wrong and used that as names, like wrist became ryst. at another time I named everyone in FFIX after drugs like heroin and cocain and then I named then after noises like rawr and grr and hiss 4laugh
