Closing his eyes and sighing, he thought for another moment before he said "We'll continue the mission, but we now need to be particularly cautious. If anyone sees anything that hints to such a disaster, we'll split immediately. If anyone else wishes to abandon due to this possible warning, speak now or forever hold your peace. And Miri..." He turned to her, then continued "if anything does happen, or if we have to high-tail it, I'll come and get you out of there myself. We'll be out of there and out of sight in less then thirty seconds. That is, if you yourself still wish to participate. The offer to pass up extends to everyone." With the, he unfolded the map, and waited for everyone's reaction.

Amnity released the grip she had on her gun when she say that Ray was only unrolling a map. She scolded herself for that, Stop bieng so jumpy...It's just Ray.. But something inside her....Let's just say she was never really fond of him, respected him, but not really liked him. Was it that he was a lycan?...Probably, probably not. Looking over at the map, she waited silently for him to explain it.

Carys's face went pale at Miri's story and she immediately pulled the small girl into her lap, putting her arms around her. Ever since she had found her, Miri had become something of a little sister to her. She listened to the conversation silently, keeping her hold on Miri. "I'm still in." She said at the pause. She wasn't paying much attention though, she was thinking....and suddenly it hit her. There was only one person the police would ignore a burning city to kill, and he was sitting right beside her. At this realization what little color was left in her face drained out of it and she could feel herself trembling slightly. She wouldn't let it happen; she couldn't. She turned and watched Ray carefully, trying not to think about it, but about their plans. "I'm not going to be on the outside or inside, necessarily. I'll hover somewhere in between, on the edge of the crowd."

"Do you think he'll realize it? That he's probably who I saw?" Miri asked Carys, her voice soft in the older girl's mind. Carys knew how to reply, she should be used to Miri talking this way by now. "I'll still help." She said aloud, looking to Ray.

"How close are you to finding the leader?" Someone asked, interupting Valeda and looking to Kairina.
Aki straightened, listening more intently to this. She might need to try and convince Ray to stay hidden for a while.

Valeda turned to the mayor, having thought she heard the ghost of a sigh. "From a diplomatic view, violence is not the answer. If we try to root out these rebels with violence, it will do nothing but provide more recruits for the rebellion." Her voice became louder and clearer. She was sure of herself, though she knew most people would ignore her words. "This is not something that can be killed or even rooted out. That would take years and possible involve the decline of the government in the meantime. The public is just looking for more reasons to hate us and open violence will be that reason. Instead, let us find out what is upsetting the people so much and fix those things, or at least pretend to."

She turned in response to the question, catching sight of someone she knew only as 'Aki' in a corner. "Unfortunately, we have very little information at the moment, but our agents are working on it."

((Umm, Aki didn't ask. She's just in the room and listening. It was some random person at the table who asked))

((Sorry, I'll change that.))

Kairina nodded along with her advisor's response. It was true, they have not yet found out who the leader of the rebels was yet, but she was most interested in finding out. She had her reasons why. The mayor looked around the group of people watching to see if anyone had any more questions.

"What are you going to do about the rebels? They're slowly turning the public against us, yet nothing has been done to stop them." Another person asked, and several nodded.
"I'm loosing business because of them!" Another added.

"I'm going to back down because of a vision that may not come true, and neither is Terra." Aiva said, flicking her wrist to emphasize that she didn't care. For once Terra didn't object that Aiva had made a decision for her; she simply nodded. Aiva thought about possible tactics when she remembered she wanted to talk to Ray about something. " Ray, I think you need a decoy. Not a look-a-like, just some one to pose as the leader of the rebellion."

Ray grinned and said "It may come to that, I admit. Still, unless my decoy is a politician we've framed, I've no intention of putting someone else at risk for my actions for now. Now, lets get into details for the protest." Ray had opened the map so the police station was also visible on it. He pointed to a chain of stores between the park and police station, but were closer to the park, and said "We'll go with Aiva's plan of having some of her ghosties cause trouble here. These are higher-end stores, which the police will dispatch more officers to in the event of them being robbed or attacked. I want the 'criminals' to escape to the opposite side of the park. The police will be... unhappy, that their suspects have escaped near a protest. There will then be a larger, less manageable group of paranoid police attempting to find some robbers who won't be found, and handle a protest. From there, Terra and I will join the protest. Aiva and Miri, and want you two to stay together. It won't seem to unusual with you two grouped, and this way you can keep an eye on the protest from outside. Aiva may continue to have the occasional reappearance of the burglars, and Miri will be sending messages among us, and even perhaps simulate schizophrenia for a commanding officer. Carys will be floating back and forth, monitoring , protesting, or doing whatever as you see fit. The only variable here is Amnity, who still hasn't decided where she wants to be during the operation, but we've pretty much got it all planned. Questions? Suggestions? Further epiphanies?"

Carys made sure to look attentive to Ray as she answered Miri through thought. Ray isn't stupid; he'll figure it out sooner or later. Odds are, he already has. She looked across the room at Amnity, who seemed on edge. Without realizing it, she tilted her head slightly to one side, her countenance one of curiosity. She was still listening to Ray and nodded when he finished. "Sounds good to me."

Miri nodded, in response to both Carys and Ray. It wouldn't be too hard to make him crazy.

((By the way... What Miri saw, it doesn't have to come true, or only parts can. And it can be a ways in the rp when it happens, if it does. And, if you want her to See anything pertaining to your character or just anything, just pm me with it.))

Amnity looked at Carys, then back at Ray. "...I'll post myself next to the police station...If anything goes wrong just say the word, I won't hesitate to fire.." She caught what she said and looked away, "...That came out wrong...I Meant that....Don't hesitate to give the order to fire if necessary." The soldier wasn't used to winging it, she needed someone to tell her when and who to shoot. It was strange actually...
