*teh roman tetsudos bash inteh a few archers an knock down a hut. teh catapult dudes use dead men as shields an put on another rock teh shoot. twisted more swordsmen die but a some take down amazons too 3nodding *

Ephiny walked through the Amazon village gravely but with a stoic, brave face. She kept her head held high and smiled at her fellow Amazons as she walked past. She took a spot standing next to Xena's side as Gabrielle started her speech; she listened wholeheartedly and watched as Xena stood proudly and protectively near her Queen. After the speech Gabrielle looked at Xena and then her as the Amazons cheered, raising their weapons. She nodded.
Out of the corner of her eye Ephiny could see Ares's Army crash through a line of Amazons Archers and tear down huts at the far end of the village; Ephiny pulled her sword from its seethe and let out a bird call. The Amazon's attacked. Ares's Army attacked. Ephiny ran to take her place at the front line of the battle, she swung her sword and pulled a dagger of her boot to throw it into the chest of a man about to raise his weapon to kill an Amazon; he fell to the ground dead. Ephiny fought with all of her instinct and skill but somewhere deep in her gut she had a bad feeling; she watched the sky as thunder and lighting rolled through the strangely purple shade and as the entire day seemed to grow darker. This isn't any normal battle She thought. Athena isn't the only God here.

-Athena watched as the amazon warriors were becoming more inspired by Gabrielle's speech. She pulled her sword out of another man's body, and put it back into her sheath. She walked easily through the battle without being disturbed. She gently touched all of the wounded amazons, healing each of them just enough to fight again.-

For now Ephiny decided to ignore the bad feeling she had and just continue to fight. She saw Athena walk through the battle healing wounded Amazons and silently said a prayer of thanks to the Goddess. Ephiny flipped over a man who was about to stab her and than dug her sword into his back, drew it out and pushed it through another soldier. Ephiny noticed a shadow passing over her and looked up: a boulder was flung from a catapult and about to crash into the Amazon Village. Ephiny cried out to the Amazons in that area but only a few were able to move before it hit the ground. She swallowed hard and held back an explosion of anger; Ephiny seethed her sword and took off in a run and quickly climbed up into the tree tops, as silently as she could. She ran through them silently until she found the perfect spot; she drew and strung her bow and started to take out the men who were running the catapults.

*teh dudes with teh batista reloaded it an shot again near athena an hit 2 amazons. teh catapult dudes started gettin hit with arrows an dyin. teh ones who were left shot some littler rocks at ephiny. clone ares jumped on athena an started punchin her in teh face* i like whut i do 3nodding god of war...not too shabby 3nodding

"Come sisters to battle!"Cyane yelled before leading her group into the fight,a snarl on her beautifull face.She glanced once more at Gabrielle and gave a brief nod to let her know that she understood and agreed.Now in the battle her mind was focused,dodging a sword strike and sending one of her own at the enemy but her aim was true and the man went down.She seen another amazon locked in with two men and quickly rushed to take one man down by ducking under his blow and hitting him across the chest,sending him down quickly.Cyane nodded to the amazon and encouraged her to fight on before she herself went back to fighting,taking out a solider that was about to stab one of her sisters."AAAHHHH!!!!"she cried out as she ran a man throught with her sword from behind her then pulled it foward and flipped it just in time to block another attack.Droping to her knee she sliced the mans midsection and he fell to the ground screaming,Cyane had changed from the peacefull Queen to the killer who sliced any man that got in her way.

-Athena was taken by surprise by what seemed to be Ares, but snapped out of it and round house kicked him to the face, then let out a warcry while delivering a strong punch to his stomach, sending him backwards several feet. She started running at him, and was about to pummel him with the chains wrapped around her arm, but then notices that under his hairy chest, he had no belly button. She knew this could only mean one thing. A clone.-
Clever, little brother. But not clever enough.
-Athena chuckled while she took out her sword and briskly sliced off his artificial head and went back to the senseless killing, and brief healings.-

athena took down teh clone faster then i thought stare an teh amazons are startin teh make a comeback gonk thanks to teh irritatin blond of course. i shulda just killed her stare . i still got a idea tho... to take down teh amazons AN xena twisted *puts hands up an red lights an fire go around meh. teh lightnin flashes a lot more an then thers a big poof! teh fire goes away an shows callisto standin right next to meh on teh cliff* welcome back 3nodding

Callisto runs her hands over her body, wrapping her fingers around her neck, she cracks it and lets out a moan. "Ooh... It is good to be back! Who would have thought oblivion would be so boring?..." Callisto turns her head and looks at Ares "Why you again? Of course, of course... Of course! This has to do with Xena..." mrgreen Callisto draws her sword from its seethe and laughs giddily as she strokes the blade of her sword. "It did get so lonely down there without her to pester me... I do miss her so." She raises her head and admires the war going down below her before she lets out and bloodcurdling scream and yells.
"Oh Xena, where are you, my dear?" She flips off the cliff and jumps into the battle, killing Amazons, Soldiers and whoever else gets in her way of finding Xena.

Ephiny swore out loud as she was hit in the shoulder with a rock, but she was able to defend herself against the rest of them. She used the last of her arrows to kill the rest of the catapulters before she jumped back into the battle. She looked around and saw Xena storming through the battle like a banshee from tauterous, Cyane fighting skillfully and helping many Amazons and Gabrielle holding her own with her staff, not killing but greatly disabling. She swung her sword into an oncoming soldier and smilled gravely. We might just survive this she thought.
But than her blood ran cold as she heard an ear piercing scream.

"This is like, way too grody for my tastes!" Aphrodite commented as she watched the Amazons and soldiers duke it out. "Oh, this just disgusting! How do you mortals put up with this?" the blonde asked no one in particular as she watched bloody corpses fall to the ground, Amazon and soldier alike. "So glad that I'm not the god of war," she muttered before turning an apologetic eye to the bard and warrior. She was the goddess of love, so there wasn't much she could do to be helpful, even if the grossness of the situation wasn't a factor. She was just about to pop herself back to Olympus when an idea entered her head. Maybe there was a way she could help out her favorite bard and warrior.
She pointed a finger at the two of them, watching as a circle of gold wrapped itself around the two girlfriends, invisible to the eyes of the mortals. It wasn't much, but it would help protect those two. As fragile as mortals were, the shield she had placed around the two of them would serve to protect them better. It wasn't indestructible, of course, but it would make killing them a bit harder than usual.
It was that thought that reminded her of the four hunks of burning love that she had left in her temple. She took one more glance at the bard and warrior, making sure that her protective shield was still in place, before giggling to herself.
"Hot tubs and massages, here I come!" she said before disappearing into thin air, only leaving behind familiar gold sparkles.
((Sorry for the lack of postage. My sister wouldn't let me on the computer Sunday and I was gone yesterday. I spent today trying to think of a way to use Aphrodite. Hahaha.))

[[Sorry guys - I've been studying for a major test last couple a days gonk - I'm back now though and will be replying more often! p.s - I've decided to make my writing blue so you'll know it's Xena haha Oh and sorry this is somewhat long...I felt bad so I tried to make it up to you guys XD lol]]
Xena felt pride swell within her as she listened to the bard give her speech. She felt a coy smile tugging at the side of her lips as she let herself simply stare at the woman; simply amazed at the fact that she was the same annoying little blond who'd wanted to follow her. You know, as much as she annoyed you...you've always had a soft spot for her she thought with a soft smile. It was funny - the look she got when staring at the bard. It was the only time that particular look ventured into her beautiful icy blues. It was a look of pride, love, loyalty and devotion all mixed in one, and it created quite the wonderful appearance from the warrior, who was often so stone cold to everyone else; everyone except the amazon Queen who was now rallying her people for battle. When Gabrielle was finished and the amazons were moving, the tall beauty walked over to her lover friend, placing a hand on her shoulder, "You be careful out there - Ares' army won't hold back," she said with a soft voice, giving Gabrielle a nod, before they both ran into battle with the amazons, full force.
Battle mode kicked into the Warrior Princess once again, and she couldn't help but let out her cry, flipping over a few men running in her direction, turning around with a whoosh sound and using her sword to disarm and kill them, in an instant - three men. She turned around and blocked another one who was coming at her, his throat splitting open as the oozing dark red liquid poured from it. Xena didn't concentrate on that though, and instead turned and kept it up, using her beautifully crafted weapon to take the lives of all the disgusting Ares worshipers, her mind focusing on one thing and one thing along: to kill. She was in her warrior mode now, and anyone who saw her would be able to tell. She had a fire in her eyes that seemed to make them glow red with burning passion of the battle, and it wasn't hard to place. War was in her blood, it seepd through her veins and made her who it was. If it weren't for Gabrielle - she knew she would most likely have fallen into the dark once again...but Gabrielle was her source, the thing that kept her from becoming the monster she once was.
Suddenly she was jolted from her killing when she heard such a familiar, yet such a loathed voice. Callisto she thought, her heart rate pounding, her face getting a look of nothing but sheer hate, a burning fire that was completely different from the one she got from battle...this was hatred, seething hatred that made her whole body shake. She hated this woman - and yet she was forced, through some cruel deity, to sometimes work with her. Now she was here, calling out for her and killing amazons. She stood, staring at the woman, fire behind herself as her own hair blew with the wind that the fire had somehow created Ares, no doubt, before she let out her warrior cry; fierce and fast, as she jumped with a flip, landing right behind Callisto.

Gabrielle shifted to the left as an oncoming sword rapidly stabbed through the air, missing the girl. She quickly saw the opening as the man redrew his sword and clutching her staff, Gabrielle smashed the weapon against the soldier's head. Whats that? She thought, hearing a scream and turning towards the sound. One particular person was coming for them.. and knocking other soldiers and amazons away that was in it's path. "Xena?" She yelled, notifying her friend of the mysterious figure. But it seemed Xena already knew who it was.
Callisto! That's imp- How? Gabrielle stared at the former-once-dead-enemy in shock. Hearing the nearby sounds of amazons fighting woke her from her trance Focus. Gripping her staff again, she raced forward knocking another soldier down. Gabrielle looked up one last time to watch her love bunny friend land besides Callisto. Be careful Xena.
(I've been busy with school also. I'm not able to edit this so I hope it'll be okay for now.)

One of the men stared towards Ephiny but he didn't get far becouse his chest met with Cyane's sword.Cyane pulled back and let his body fall to the ground then looekd to Ephiny,giving her a nod.Back to the battle she went,dodging arrows and parrying sword thrusts alike when she heard a yell that made her blood freeze.Looking up she seen a blond woman with brown eyes and a crazy look was the couse of it,she tore throught hte amazons like nothing and this made Cyane mad.She ran towards the other woman slicing down anyone in her way but Xena had gotten there first and she seemed to know the woman so she left that battle up to Xena.Now she was getting really angery and that anger showed in how vicously she slashed away at her enemy,making sure also not to get one of her own by mistake.Jumping up she avoided a blow to her legs then ducking to miss another to her head before she spun around and took the guy down,a smirk on her face before stabbing his body to make sure he would never get up agian.Back to the fight and another enemy another risk of death and more blood.
