Speaking of untamed woods. "Whre are we exactly?" he questioned, with a glanced towards Carrara and the Nightmare kit. "Or..when are we?" An ear tilted down slightly, before he returned his gaze to the volcano. Acerbus' lime eyes glanced around its surface, though no annoying green haired male was to be see. "Any idea where your brother could be?" How hard would it be to find someone who was hanging around a volcano, it wasn't as though there were many places to hide.

Carrara tilted her head, like her brother, she'd gotten good at being able to read the wilderness around them. You could tell roughly what era you were in, by the foliage, the background noise, the landscape. Everything let to where in time, you were. Her red eyes, darted around, checking all of these things. "Way long ago, before humans. Kitsusagi around here, are wild and untame, will likely kill because they can. There's also fiercer creatures out here, dinosaurs and such." She said with a nod, and a lower of her head, this area made her wary.
As for where her dumbo brother had managed to find himself. Well, that was the ultimate question now wasnt it. She sighed, and tugged the nightmare kit closer, much to its growls of protest. "Amadeo, has found a cave somewhere at the base of the volcano. Its safer in there, then out here." she said with a flick of her tails.

Acerbus listened intently as to when they were. Back before humans, huh? Well that was something he'd probably find himself getting use to pretty easily. Of course the wild and untames creatures, Kitsusagi and dinosaurs...Not so much. Fluffed ears twitched, his lime eyes squinting, as he looked for the cave. "Well at least that means he's less likly to be eaten." Ugh. Did he just say that? About Amadeo?! Ok, seriously, they needed to find him and give him the kid and quick. Saying such things, disgusting. He paused in his steps as he spotted a rather large hole. Well a cave into a volcano being safer then being out in the open said a lot for the place. "That it?" he pointed.

Carrara nodded softly, her gaze drifting through the woods, until she heard the words come from Acerbus' maw. A delicate eyebrow arched. Was her companion getting soft on her? Now was clearly not the time to discuss such answer.
Her gaze followed his, after a few moments, and nodded. "That looks like someplace he'd get himself into" she said with a soft grunt. Of all her other siblings, why was she the one stuck with the brother who had the attention span of a house fly. She lifted her nose, testing the air, predators where everywhere. She nipped at Acerbus' ear, then led them into the cave, letting the nightmare kit take up the end of train. "lets see where he exactly is."

Good. They'd found the place where the idiot had gotten off to. They'd be closer to getting rid of the spotted little kid now, good. Especially because some alone time with Carrara seemed like heaven about now (not that it hadn't before). The male grined as his ear was nipped at, and followed the female into the cave. "As long as this isn't some giant maze, this should take too long."

The female, shared Acerbus' sentiments of alone time. How she was starting to loathe the spotted thing that would get them killed with its random bursts of laughter.
Her tails flicked, as she stood in the entrance way of the cave, letting her eyes adjust to the change in lighting. She whispered a spell, under her breath, and watched as her spell wove its magic, illuminating the footseps of Amadeo. "He went this way" she said with a quirked brow.
Following the trail, she found Amadeo chattering on his life story, to a slumbering bear. "What the hell are you doing?" she asked of her brother.
Amadeo yelped in surprise, having not heard his sister come up behind him. "Car! I was wondering when you'd show up, oh hey you brought Acerbus! Hi Bus, i didnt know you liked time adventures too, maybe next time Car can zap us both someplace, the asia country's nicce this time of year, very whimsical and colorful and full of little people!" he said with an excited nod. "you also brought my egg! But its not as shelly as i remember it being" he said with a tilt of his head "Whadya do to it?" he asked sniffing the kit, who sniffed back, and burst into a random fit of laughter, as best it could with the muzzle.

Acerbus' head lowered as he arched his brows. With a few little words Amadeo's steps had lit up along the ground, glowing within the darkness of the cave. "I didn't know you were capable of that." he uttered, slowly following Carrara, tails swaying back and forth behind him. "What else can you do with all that magic." he grined, ears flipping back for a moment. Wait, if magic could do so much, then chances were if the female really wanted to know why he had been late before she could find out. Eh, he's just hope that either she was not capable of finding such things out, or she'd forgotten.
When they finally found the idiot male, Acerbus' expression droped. "No." he simply snaped, his eye twitching. "I really would rather not go on some adventure with you next time. There wont be a next ti- Wait are you calling me little?" his lip curled, he was not little. Maybe a tad bit smaller then a normal male, but no! Twitch twitch.

Carrie arched a brow at Acerbus' question, a smirk grew along her maw "Anything my little heart desires." which in retrospect, could be disasterous, since her pleasures varied as they did.
With another arched brow, she watched Acerbus and Amadeo, do their usual banter. Twisting her neck, she pulled Macchiato towards Amadeo, reuniting the two. Macchiato growled, and cackled all in one eerie motion. "This is yours, have fun" she said with a grunt. She turned, and nipped lightly at the tip of Acerbus' ear, before turning over her shoulder "Now if you'll excuse us, we have prior arrangements to attend to" she said with a soft purr.
Amadeo giggled at the spotted kit "Your neat looking" he said with a wag of his tails, ignoring the other two.
Carrara grunted, and zapped the two back to the present. Leaving just the two of them in the cave (Hibernating bears didnt count for attendance). She quirked a brow at Acerbus

The male couldn't say that he wasn't intrigued at such a thing, he was quite interested in finding out what else she could do, however that did confirm that she could find out that he had been sleeping earlier that day and that was why he had been late.
The lost grin returnred to the squirrely male's maw as he was nipped at. Ah yes, they could get back to business now that the kid was returned to the idiot. He almost felt sorry for it. Almost. Lime green eyes shifted back towards the female as the other two had been zaped away, leaving just them, and that snoozing bear in the cave. "So Beautiful, where were we?" Tail wag.

Carrara watched Acerbus, with an amused look on her features. "Well, we -were- figuring out what to do with the day, when we ended up here" Funny how the question just sort of, answered itself eh?
"But, now that we're here, lets not waste it" she said wtih a sultry purr, her tails swaying slowly behind her. She leaned over, and nibbled on Acerbus' ear, her scarf finding its way around the male.
But, as they finally had a moment together, the ground shook, the walls trembled, and the ceiling rained small rocks. Carrara's red eyes darted, they were too far into the cave to make it out. It would be some time before she had the energy to teleport again, so instead she cast a shield over her and Acerbus.
The rocks continued to shake, large ones rained down, before long the cave had changed, the entrance was no where to be found.

"Ah yes." he spoke, with a slight raise of a brow. "Oh no, let's not waste it at all. -We staying here for the rest of the day, Beautiful? Since your brother and that kid can't get back." That sounded like a good idea to the male, even if this place in time was dangerous, being attacked seemed a lot gentler then having to deal with Carrara's borther and it certainly would keep them away from that...ick, child.
The squirrel like male churred as her scarf seemed to find its way around him. He could get used to that, that he could. The good feelings however didn't seem to last long, as the ground shook. Lime eyes widened, ears perked, as pebbles rained from the ceiling. -Well the cave was in a volcano. His ears relaxed for a moment as Carrara put up a sheild over the two of them, but the way out of the cave...Well that seemed to have dissapeared.
Acerbus blinked, his fluff tiped ears floping down. "What a way to ruin the mood." He eyed the rocks which were now blocking where the entrance had been. "Can you zap us out of here?" he questioned, turning his gaze back to the female.

Car tilted her head to the side, her dark ears twitching as she listened to the mountain finally come to rest again. She sat down, her tails swaying in the fresh layer of dust. A sigh came from the female as her head bowed in thought. "Not for a while love, magic takes its toll, teleportation of non-magical beings, takes a big toll. Amadeo has magic, just not the head to use it, all i really do with him, is just give his body the startup of the spell, his own magic knows how to finish it off. You and the nightmaren...." she smirked softly, a twinkle in the corner of her eye "That was all me baby" she chuckled lightly.
She lifted her head, and looked around the altered cave, she whispered another spell, and softly illuminated the cave. Reaching into her scarf, she brought out a picinic basket.
"Might as well get comfy love" she said with a soft chuckle

Eh, well that was shame. So they'd be stuck in this dark and dusty cave for a while. "Well you must be extremely powerful." he snickered, giving his tails a flick. "Hmm powerful and beautiful. A rather deadly combination." he grined, a puzzled look crossing his features as she pulled out a picnic basket. "What else do you have hidden in that scarf of yours? A car?" Acerbus teased, gently nipping at her neck.

Carrara just grinned, at his 'extremely powerful' comment, best to keep them guessing. She chuckled at his other question. "Well, this isnt an ordinary scarf, as i'm sure you've noticed. its loaded with magical properties." she glanced down at it, and watched it sway in an unseen wind "I dont even know all of what it does" she said with another chuckle. The scarf, wavered, and slithered over to Acerbus again, drawing the two closer together. As if they needed coaxing.

"Well then, one of these days we should sit down and se what else it can do. When we're not preoccupied with more distracting things." a suave grin peeled onto Acerbus' maw as the scarf had pulled both he and Carrara closer together. "I think this scarf of yours might be hinting at something." he chuckled, nipping at the female's ear. "What do you think, Beautiful?"
