Altostar nodded, "Please excuse me. I must do something now." She walked put of her den and jumped up onto the Highrock. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath the Highrock for a Clan meeting.

Cherrypaw nodded to Unicornkit and ran over to the base of highrock and sat down. She wanted to cheer for Unicornkit the loudest when she was apprenticed.

Unicornkit nearly ran forward! She looked at Haildrop: her future mentor seemed excited as well.

Altostar opened her mouth to speak the familiar words, " Unicornkit, from now on, you shall be known as Unicornpaw. Haildrop, you are ready for an apprentice. You will be Unicornpaw's mentor. Haildrop, your Clan honors you for your bravery and courage. I expect you to pass on all your skills to Unicornpaw, so that she may be an honorable warrior of MountainClan." She stepped backwards, waiting for the two to touch noses.

Haildrop crouched his head forward calmly to touch noises with his apprentice, he noticed his new apprentises exitement, he was exiteted to. "We start training in the morning"

Altostar paused for a minute and called out Unicornkit's new name, "Unicornpaw!" Then, she beckoned Cherrypaw and Sunstripe to come with her tail.
