The sound of the fishes neck breaking made Takumi shiver. He still wasn't all that hungry, but his mouth water just a little. "Well eat up, then." He said with a smirk as he nodded. "And you didn't take that much time. "He lied. It seemed like she took a lot more time then she really did. He was back to sitting on his but again as if that's what he had been doing the who time.

She had meant for him to take what he wanted first and she would finish things off, get more if needed. But when he told her to eat up she reached over and pulled it to her, ripping it in half and sliding the large half over to him. “ So… where are you from? ” She tried to think on small talk as she took a bit out of the tail, savoring to flavor as she ate. Her stomach make a soft rumble as she ate, thanking her for the food. She glanced at him as she enjoyed the fish, and was actually kind of happy to have some company for a meal for the first time in a long while.

He caught the sliding half that she slid to him. Even though he wasn't really hungry, he didn't want to upset her with sliding it back to her. He stared at the half for a second and then shook himself out of thought as she asked him a question. "No where important" he simply said before leaning down and taking a bite out of the fish. Using his claws of his paw to keep it in place.

She grinned as she enjoyed another bite, swallowing before she spoke. " Sounds like a fun old place, might have to show me around some time. What do you do for to enjoy yourself there? " Taking another mouthful she looked out over the water enjoying the scenery but still training her hearing of the silver male. She noticed the snow was coming down heavier now, staying on the surface of the lake longer before melting and though she wouldn’t normally feel it at all, with her fur soaked she was sure the temperature had dropped a good deal in the last hour or so. “ Gonna have a storm tonight I think, have to find a place to wait it out. ” She was quieter as she spoke this, though at the same time she wasn’t not talking to him. Thinking out loud was something she did from time to time.

She obviously didn't take that he didn't want anything to do with the place. "Or, I can show you somewhere else and just say I was from there" He said with a snicker. He wasn't much for lying unless it was needed. He had finished his fish rather fast, and felt almost too full. He had already eaten before this, and it seemed like he was being a pig, but the female didn't need to know that. He gave me a smile. "thank you, for the fish."

Looking over at him again she frowned just slightly, barely noticeable. She’s only been kidding about getting him to show her around the place he came from, just trying to keep the conversation on a good note really. He must really dislike where he came from she though, but then again she herself hadn’t been back to her home land since she was very young, and would probably never go back. She had no reason to anyway.
But she let it drop, decided that it would be best to not speak of it at all. She smiled back at him as she finished off her food. “ You’re welcome, did you want some more, I can always get another. ” She’d stood and she spoke, slow from the ground glued to the outer layer of her now frozen fur but she didn’t seem to notice as she moved towards the water, but waited for his yes or no.

He shook his head as well as said it. He didn't he could eat any more without exploding. "You could find some cave to hang out in, or you'll get sick." He said as he noticed the ice that had formed on her fur. Of course, he didn't care if she couldn't notice it. That was probably the worse. He'd never actually tried to swim in the winter time. (or anytime unless really hungry for that matter)

She blinked at him a moment, having yet to be aware of the frozenness of her fur. Looking over her shoulder at her back though she chuckled lightly and shook her head a little. “ Wow, yet it might be smart. Not sure where I’d find one around here. Slept under a long hanging tree branch last night but that wont keep in the heat enough to melt this. ” Shacking herself, like she should have when she pulled herself out of the water, some of the crystals broke and fell to the ground. “ Maybe I should find a place for the night… you wouldn’t happen to know of something would you? ”

He really didn't know this land much, but he had seen a small cave he thought wasn't being occupied. "I think I might have saw a place on the way here." Though, finding it again would be a problem. He wasn't much one for keeping an eye out for places to sleep. "But I'm not exactly sure where. Perhaps we can find it again though." He said honest. He wasn't going to get them lost making her think that he knew where he was going. Best to come forth with it.

She nodded stepping over and grabbing her scarf. Replacing it around her throat and nose again she turned to him again. “ Lets give it a try, I have a feeling it’s going o be a bad night and I think both of us could us some shelter. ” She turned once more looking back the way they had come to get here, stepping towards there path of paw prints she started on, though walking slowly now to keep parts of her thick fur from shattering off and to allow Takumi to lead her instead of what had happened earlier.

He nodded and also got to his feet. It wasn't going to be that bad, but she was wet, and figured it'd be bad for him to leave a lady alone on a cold night. Of course, he never really thought like that though. He stretched and then started to walk in the direction he thought it was in. "Lets hope I'm right about this, wouldn't want to be stuck in a storm going the wrong way." he joked as he passed her.

She was silent as she followed him, finally starting to notice the cold. It was strange to her. Sure she’d been cold before but it happened rarely so it was a slightly shock when it happened. She could feel herself shivering slightly but she remained quiet about it as they walked. “ I hope this isn’t to much bother. ” She kept her pass up so she was almost right beside him. The whether getting worse it wasn’t going to be long before she couldn’t see him if she hung back to far. So in order to keep track of him she’d have to stay close or she’d lose him in the quickly growing storm.

He could notice by the way she talked she was getting colder. He slowed and walked next to her to try to share his warmth with her. It was the least he could do. "It's no bother." He said with a smile. A first actually kind smile he'd given in a while. "I'm sure it's not much father." He said with a small bit of hope. "Just don't like.... pass out on me." He said with a snicker. He didn't really want to carry her, but would if it happened.

A little surprised at him dropping back to walk nearer to her, Noel glanced at him. She’d never really considered herself the best judge of character but this didn’t seem to herself like something he normally did. She smiled though, glad for the first time in a long time that she wasn’t alone. She couldn’t help but laugh at his comment, but at the same time she felt so stupid for not listening to him before. “ I should be ok. ”

He nodded at her response. It didn't take long before the came up to a cave, so he was more right then he had expected. He felt rather relieved about that. He felt a shiver down his back as it continued to seem to get colder. "Quickly, in there." He said, not even seeing if anything was inside. It seemed that nothing was, and that was good enough for him right now.
