Alex watched Marina for a bit, and then he got in the water himself. It was still a bit cold, but the sun had warmed it up a lot.

Then i came up with this brillant idea.
"Alex why don't we camp out on the beach tonight! We can have a campfire and get some sleeping bags."
"What about the room I'm paying for?"
"I'll pay for the night. Please." I used my signature puppy dog look.

I'm in high but I act like a four year old.
"Yay!!!!" I said jumping around like an idiot. Then i hugged him. "I'll go get the stuff now." I ran into hotel grabbed two sleeping bags, the poker stick things for the smore plus the smore stuff, then a lighter and some hotdogs since i was hungry again.

While she was getting the stuff, Alex went in the water to find some nice sized rocks to use for the fire pit.

I gotto the beach set evertyhign down and then saw this awesome fire pit.
"alex did you make that?"
"Yeah"
"Not bad at all." we set some stuff of then got the fire started.

Alex started off by roasting a marshmallow for a s'more. He liked it when it had a crispness on the outside of it. Of course, he wasn't expecting his marshmallow to catch fire. He managed to blow it out before the flames ruined the marshmallow.

I roasted about 3 hot dogs. Then went for the smores I had two of those. Finally it was starting to get dark. I yawned and stretched.
"Night Alex."
"It's only 11:00?"
"Yeah but i've got to work tomorrow."

Something in Alex was telling him to act. It was telling him to kiss Marina good night. He acted, but was too chicken for a direct kiss. He kissed her on the cheek. "Good night." He said, turning his face so she couldn't see him blushing.

"That's all you've got?" He turned back around.

Now not only was Alex blushing, but his ears were turning red. (Did I hear that right?) He leaned in for a second try. His heart was pounding. He thought it was so loud that she could hear it. (Be quiet will you?) Before he chickened out again, he kissed her on the lips.
