Yugi was walking through Domino, worried about his friends, especially Joey. They all ran off trying to figure out what was going on around here. "Pharoh, can you explain this?"
"No Yugi, I cannot, however I sense the presence of someone who can. One of the mosters here is the Dark Magician. He has always been a valuable ally and friend to us. Maybe he can be again. Let's go look for him," Yami replied in Yugi's mind.

Meanwhile another duel monster had just fallen through the veil between the worlds. He tried to prevent a Vampire Lord from entering and he though he succeeded but found himself hurt and weakened. "I can't believe he cursed me. How will I be able to help the rest of this world," Zombyra said. He looked at the humans around him and they fled in terror. He looked in a window at a building beside him and saw his reflection. His face had become very pale, almost skeletal in appearance, "Curse you Vampire Lord!" he shouted.

The flagpole jutting out from the office building bent under the weight of she and her armour. The banner on the flagpole, had there even been one, was long deserted--most likely taken by some monster capable of nothing more than low level thoughts. But musings on past circumstances was as productive as a seven-year nap.
The D.D. Warrior Lady had perched herself upon such a flagpole, speaking not, but examining her surroundings. Monsters had been tearing through the sky at worrying rates, and in their freedom from the shadows, had taken to using Domino City as their battlefield and morbid playground. The lady from the different dimension knew not if these creatures were more intent on destroying the city or destroying each other. She was lucky - for a being from the duel monsters universe, she was tastefuly neutral in demeanor. Not once had she been attacked by either side in the struggle that had spilled into yet another world. But as good as it was to be able to avoid conflict, it was conflict from someone with information leading to Ruin which she needed.
A source of information, or a place to grow flowers; whichever came upon the warrior first. But squating on a flagpole accomplished neither of these things. Without a thought, she jumped high, using the pole as a springboard, and landed in a position that looked strangely similar to the art on the card bearing her name.

"Why would a human want to help Ruin if that's what the duel disk is for?" The Magician asked "That would be like sawing off the branch you're sitting on. Unless there is someone who believes they can benefit from aiding Ruin... although I highly doubt she'd be willing to share power." He looked around "At least more good monsters are crossing over to this world as well... so we stand a better fighting chance."

Yami concentrated his focus to locate the Dark Magician, "He's this way Yugi."
"Alright, let's go!" With the spirit beside him, Yugi ran through domino until he was stopped by a Spear Dragon who just tried to skewer him. Yugi dodged just in time and it's beak was stuck in the ground, "That was one nasty monster," Yugi commented as he ran off to try to look for Dark Magician once again.

Zombyra looked around and saw the various duel monsters fighting throughout the city, "It looks like i'm not the only one who is battling Ruin's forces. I have to find this world's guardian and assist him."

"This is all completely ridiculous...." Seto muttered, crossing his arms over his chest. His stubborn side wouldnt believe this was happening but what other explanation was there? Unless he was dreaming,. Either way he had to help them in order to stop this mess and keep his little brother safe.
Ria tilted her head, leaning as she floated in the air around them with a puzzled look on her face as she tried to think. "I couldnt think of a reason, I dont understand humans at all..."
Dark walked down a long shadowed hallway in Ruin's palace. He came to a room that was elegantly decorated. There were two fancy spears sticking out of the ground. He cast a spell, opening a partal between the two spear poles.
Shadi stopped walking as his millenium key started to glow. "The chosen one.... he is close..." he said and then continued walking to find Yugi.

She began to run; not to anyone or anywhere in particular, but just to feel the wind through her hair. There was no greater or more simple a pleasure than a burst of speed from a heart running on adrenaline. She enjoyed her refreshing pace so much, that she, unbeknownst to her own nature of being a cardcreature, ran almost right into another being.
"Oh!" She faltered for a moment then took a step back to look at what had blocked her path.
{ It's gonna be the next person who posts as a duel monster. :/ }
