"Halloween!" Luna said cheerfully. "No one SCARES anyone anymore, it's all about the candy. So I decided to scare some people, and you were one of them. Simple~!"
She jumped off the other trainer and got back on her feet. She then had another bright idea called let's-pelt-the-other-trainer-with-questions. "So~What's your name? Were you scared? You know, you're my second victim today! Where are you going? Wha-"
Glowing yellow rings caught the attention of her eyes. There was only one pokemon she knew with those! Her questioning stopped immediately as she went to tackle the umbreon this time. "Hello little guy! Do you remember me?" She asked, hugging the daylights out of the umbreon.

"Halloween?" He blinked. After all of the incidents in the caravan, he'd completely forgotten about the holiday. In his opinion, getting candy was way better... "Kazuki," he answered her first question dumbly, trying to figure out why he had to be one of her unfortunate 'victims.' Was he scared? Hell yes, but he wasn't about to admit it. "What's your name? Oh? Going to get food," he offered, but panicked a bit when she insisted on clinging to Ryou. "Uhh.. I don't think that's a good idea, Ryou doesn't do well with hugging and things like that..."
Oh God. It was her and she had tackled him and was hugging him and wouldn't let go and oh God. His ears flew backwards to pin against his skull, his tail flicking back and forth quickly in annoyance. He gave her literally two seconds before a growl rumbled in his throat, a clear threat that he would bite her at any moment if she refused to let go.
Kazuki swiftly pulled on Luna's arm, an idea popping into his head at the perfect moment. "Manami!" He said suddenly, pointing to the fluffy Seel just a couple feet away. "Manami would love a hug, I think. Wouldn't you Manami?" He asked, looking at her with a pleading look in his pale eyes.
"Seel?" She asked, confused. Ryou was getting attention but he didn't seem too happy about it, and he wasn't getting any food. Maybe this girl would only give food to happy pokemon? She was certainly much nicer than the stuffy old dark-type, maybe she could solicit some food from this clingy girl. "Seel seel!" She barked with a grin, flopping her tail on the hall carpet, hoping to get the attention of the girl.

((-cue oblivious Luna-))
"Aww, you remember me!" Luna said happily, putting down the umbreon and then patting it on the head before darting off to tackle the other seel as Kazuki suggested.
"Hello there! You kinda look like Albireo as a seel...except with spots! And if you're anything like Albireo, I guess you're hungry?" Luna quickle rummaged through her bag, pulling out some seasoned fish. "They're candy-flavored. Pretty crazy, but awesome." She waved the fish infront of the seel, almost completely forgetting the other people in the room. But that was typical of her, nothing strange there.

The dark-type continued growling, his ears remaining pinned to his skull as he stalked off behind Kazuki, able to sense where the trainer was to avoid bumping into him. The girl's voice had been burned into his mind; he would never be able to forget this girl and the fact she insisted on clinging to him. Zuki sighed and carefully picked the Umbreon up, giving him a gentle scratch on the head to help him calm down. Honestly, he didn't mind being ignored at the moment.
Manami stared at Luna, eyes wide as she saw the candy-flavored fish she had been offered. She knew it! All humans had food, they just only gave it to nice pokemon. "Seel, seel!!" She barked happily, bouncing as best as her bulk would permit. She tried to jump and reach the magical fish that insisted on floating just out of her reach, but to no avail. What was this?! There was food in front of her, she could smell it, her mouth was watering, but she couldn't reach it! No fair!

Luna laughed as the Seel tried to lunge for the fish. Luna pushed it closer, letting the fish touch Manami's mouth so she could be in easy reach of the fish. "Here you go! But you better eat it fast or--"
A red light come from her light and a large dewgong appeared, barking at the fish. He started to come charging towards Luna.
"Or Albireo will come to get it!"

X0~Pink Penguin~0X "Good, because I don't have that much money with me!" Day shot out of her chair and walked at a fast pace, eager to get a plate to stuff herself with food. She headed for the pasta first; this was her favorite food. "This looks delicious, doesn't it Faith?" "Rai!" Her voice was quiet and gentle. Faith was scampering along the edge of the buffet table, getting her own food. "Tell me if you need help with that." Day laughed at the sight of her Pokemon taking total care of herself. While Day was piling her plate with food, Jen had taken a much quicker course of eating. Grabbing a fork (not even bothering with a plate) she had begun to sample food as she walked on the other side of the buffet table; frankly, this didn't really please the waiters.....actually, they were a bit disgusted.
Walking forward, one of them kindly tapped the trainer on the shoulder and handed her a plate when she looked back at him. "Ma'am, please use a plate from now on...no matter how hungry you are."
Swallowing the lump of ham in her mouth, Jen took the object and grinned, "No problem! Sorry about that!" With that statement, she piled the plate high with food and scampered back to Aeon and their table. (She almost lost the load of food several times while walking towards the table.)

Manami's eyes widened when she saw Albireo, knowing instantly that he would want the fish. Her fish. HER fish. She let out a determined bark and jumped up again, snapping up the fish and almost getting Luna's fingers as she did so. There was no way in hell she'd let anyone else get her fish! She took a quick glance to see if Luna was holding anymore fish and, satisfied that she wasn't, relaxed to chew what she had.
Ryou flicked his tail irritatedly, in a bad mood after being tackled and nearly squeezed to death. But what was that other barking? With a snort his eyes glowed dark blue, causing Kazuki's to glow momentarily as well, before he dropped the vision. So a Dewgong had joined the party as well, wonderful. As if it wasn't cozy enough already. He growled slightly, allowing his ears to tilt forward a bit. This wasn't too bad, though he didn't need the noise from the irritating girl or her Dewgong. He didn't care how much food she had, he wouldn't take any of it. It might be laced with something that would make him sleep so she could squeeze him to death again or something, God only knows what she would do to him.

((Oh Ryou, I'll only smush you with love 4laugh And give you a bath if you're smelly D: ))
Albireo whimpered as he saw the fish eaten. "Where MY food?" He barked to Luna.
Although Luna could not understand pokemon language, she had the basic idea of what Albireo was asking. "Oh hush you. You had your fill outside! You're building some weight there." She said, pretending to wave off Albireo. With her other hand, she secretly tossed a fish to him.
Albireo caught the fish happily and swallowed in one bite. Fish fish fish! Luna really had to buy more of them! He wobbled over and tackled Luna, prying for more treats.
"Agg...no more Albireo, I told you, you're gaining weight!" Luna gently shoved off the Dewgong. "Soooo...erm...uh..." Luna paused a while, trying to remember the trainer's name. Kazu? Kapuri? "KAZUKI! Yah, that was it! Want to head to the dining hall together?" She asked, already back up and walking backwards towards the wall.
"And what DID you name the umbreon anyways? Or else I'll be forced to give him a nickname...and I don't think he'll like that~!" She laughed.

Day watched Jen eat directly from the plates of food from across the room, and sighed when the waiters stopped her. When she sat down, Day asked, "So, is that how you normally eat from a buffet, or are you just incredibly hungry?" She laughed and stroke Faith, who was happily purring.

"Ryou," he supplied quickly, eliciting a nudge from the dark-type after he spoke the creature's name. No, he certainly would NOT want a nickname from that girl. "I don't think I got your name, though." No, he was sure she was too busy either pummeling him with questions or squeezing one of his pokemon to death to tell him her name. And -- go to the dining hall? With her? "I, err.." Well, it meant he wouldn't have to talk to anyone else to find out where it was, but it also meant staying with this energetic girl who might end up being bitten if she insisted on clinging to Ryou again.
Manami, now that there weren't any fish left, paused to study the Dewgong. She wobbled over to sniff at him, her bright violet eyes looking him over critically. Deeming him worthy, she swatted at him with a flipper and offered him a grin. "Seel!" She barked, flopping her tail on the carpeted floor a couple times. Apparently, she had deemed him worthy of being her friend. It was an easy feat, for certain, but she didn't think so. She turned, rushing ungracefully down the hall in the direction she thought the dining hall was in.
After seeing Manami's behavior, Kazuki let out a sigh and nodded a bit. "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. I don't think Manami would have it any other way now," he said, watching her attempt to slide down the hall. Sliding on one's belly along a carpeted floor, he figured, doesn't work too well. Especially with speed.

((Sorry for late reply >< ))
Albireo blinked, confused as to why the other pokemon hit him. He cocked his head. "Nyu?" Well...THAT was a new noise. But he forgot all this when he realized his trainer was moving somewhere. Maybe towards food? She said "din-ng" which was the place where humans had food! FOOD?... FOOD! Albireo joyfully hopped towards Luna as well, taking large leaps and created loud thumping sounds in the process. It was a wonder the floor didn't break down yet from the two large sea-lion pokemon.
Luna was temporarily distracted by the new sound Albireo made. Did...did he just say "nyu"? Oh geez. SHe had been watching too much Elfen Lied with him. She snapped her attention back to her conversation with the trainer. "Of course~Most pokemon's first priority is food. Well, except Pidgeotto. His first priority is to groom himself for at least five hours a day." Luna joked.
"Oh yah! My name is Luna, future elite four member!" She said, offering a large grin.

Food, food, food! Manami wobbled along but stopped when she saw Albireo leaping down the hall. She watched him, wide-eyed, before looking backwards at herself. Could she do that? Hmm... She wiggled her behind a bit before making an attempt at a leap (which looked more like a short hop than much else) and, ecstatic at her accomplishment, continued to leap down the hall after Albireo. Ryou merely snorted, clambering up onto his trainer's shoulders with little regard for Kazuki's comfort.
"Well, I know Manami's first priority is food," Zuki said thoughtfully, watching the Seel as she leaped down the hallway. Did she even know where the dining room was? Probably not. He remained silent for a few moments as his thoughts wandered. Luna didn't seem the type to enjoy silence much, but he didn't have much to say. Hmm.. "That's a nice name, Luna. And that's cool that you're aspiring to be part of the Elite Four." What else could he say? Nothing interesting popped into his head, but-- Oh, hobbies, perhaps. He stole a glance over to Luna, trying to see over Ryou's back. "Do you have any hobbies, Luna?" Well that was dumb, of course she had hobbies... Everyone did. At least, every sane person did, as far as he knew.

"Hobbies? Besides hugging pokemon to death, Well, I do love to make plushies~" Luna replied. "Actually, I have one right here..." Luna began to rummage through her almost bottom-less messy bag of doom. "Aha!" Luna pulled out a very cute pikachu plushie, a cape tied around his neck.
"This little guy is one of my best ones. Took so long to make him, but I think he turned out great!" Luna said happily, petting the cute Pikachu. "He's going to go to a good friend of mine soon. You're going to get a good home Pika~!" Yes, Luna seriously believed the Pikachu could hear her. She saw, or imagined, the inanimate Pikachu plushie giving her back a smile. Yup. Nothing strange there.
((Note ownership of Pikachu belongs to Smarsala now because I auctioned him off for my shop rofl ))

"Aww, it's really cute," Zuki said, studying the caped Pikachu plushie. Manami turned to see what the subject of 'cute' could be other than her, and froze when she saw the plushie. With an excited bark she leapt back towards them, nearly barreling into Kazuki so she could see the plushie. She reached up, trying to sniff the Pikachu plushie, her violet eyes wide. Kazuki regained his balance and watched the Seel with a smile. "Looks like she really likes it. How would I go about getting a plushie from you?" He asked, looking at Luna. He figured she wouldn't make them for free, but his lack of money was rather problematic.
Ryou blinked, wondering what in the world the hold up was. His eyes glowed dark blue for a moment, causing Manami's to glow as well. When he saw the plushie he snorted, dropping the vision immediately. Stupid ball of fabric and fluff. Food was better.

(( -old pixel- xd Sorry, it just reminded me so much of what Ryou said. Food = Spearrow -has weird logic-))
"Well, they're mostly free...for those who battle me~!" She added, winking. "This way, Albireo and Pidgeotto can get good battle experience AND people get cute little plushies that will take over the region one day! Everyone's happy~! Well, except maybe Ryou. I think I hear his stomache growling~and mine too!"
SHe glanced backwards to see the elevator leading down. Pressing the down button, she waited shortly for the lift to come back up to their floor. "Battle me sometime and I'll make you one~" She mentioned. "Of course, if you want one with COLORS, then it's three times. Fabric doesn't come cheap you know!"
Albireo barked in agreement. Fabric WASN'T cheap. When they bought it, he got less food. And he didn't like that.
