"Please." Sid begged. He was beginning to lose control and he didn't like feeding, especially in front of others. A voice spoke from his other side seeming miles away. He turned around and saw another girl. Everything was getting blurry, he was about to lose it. Feeling something at his foot he looked down. There was a cat licking his shoe.
He slowly bent over and picked up the cat. He was beginning to relax. He held the cat and began to smile. "Yours?" he asked looking at the girl. He noticed she was wearing a cross around her neck, "I like your necklace."
He turned around to look at the other girl, "Please put the knife away, if you don't I'll take it."

Isabel merely meowed in a friendly tone as the boy picked her up; she was unusually trustful for a cat. Kiyoko noticed the boy had addressed to her, as well as commenting on her necklace. Most people didn't usually notice it.He must not be a vampire by choice; they, according to stupid legends, hate crosses and stuff around that nature. she thought to herself. Whether legends were true or not, he seemed like a nice vampire. Seeing him feel better at a change of subject, she figured she might as well say something. "T-thanks!" she said, then her voice was found again. She was losing it alot today. "Yeah, that's Isabel, my cat. And I'm Kiyoko." she replied with a smile.

Sid noticed the waver in Kiyoko's voice. "Haha it's ok I don't bite," he said smiling. "I'm Sid," he replied. He smiled again when he felt Isabel curl up in his arms. "Nice cat." He was completely calm again.
He could tell that Kiyoko was a little scared. "Honestly there's nothing to worry about," he assured her, "We're nothing like the horror stories. Well, at least I'm not, I don't know any others"

"Oh no! I-it's not that at all! I......just get nervous in general. Loooong story!" Kiyoko said quickly, waving her arms with energy at the beginning at she spoke, not wanting to seem rude nor give this guy the wrong idea. He seemed rather nice, and was glad to see that he was calm again, almost as if he forgot why he came over here to begin with. She looked on the inside of a person, not the out. She noticed that Isabel had gone completely relaxed, purring a bit. Laziest cat in the world sometimes, she thought to herself. She grinned as a surprising thought occurred to her. "Well, Isabel seems to have gotten quite comfy; it's such an adorable scene." she said, and paused with a look of seeing the penguin from before."and Isabel isn't usually that trustworty of most people." she replied.

Teroh had looked up from his book when he saw the pale look on the boy who had just entered face, and his response to the knife. He put his book away and looked around the room, everyone else was to preoccupied with themselves, to notice what was going on. Teroh slowly moved closer as the boy was slowly losing control. Then it had passed and he was know holding the cat that had just prevented the crisis. As Teroh drew near he heard the vampire say that he wasn't like vampires that are depicted ins stories. "Oh really," Teroh asked walking up behind, "what if you had lost control just know, would we have had nothing to worry about then?"

Eureka waited with her hair covering her violet eyes.She was redy for bed and she needed to be alone.Gulliver was trying to get down,He wanted to get away from the smell of blood.Eureka held him tightly though((Are we just supposed to sleep in the hall or are we gonna get a dorm soon?))

((You see, I was going to see if we could get an even number of people by tonight, and since that doesn't look like it's gonna happen, I'll go ahead and set up dorms. It'll be boy only and girl only dorms, unless you guys want guy and girl dorms. Actually...... You guys are part of the story too, so let's here feedback! smile Which idea do you like better: same-gender dorms or mixed, or a bit of each?))

The angel came from behind and interrupted the conversation with Kiyoko. "Haha angel, do you ever have anything to worry about?" Sid asked. "I believe the point is I didn't lose control." He didn't want a fight as he didn't yet know the extent of this boys powers but he couldn't seem to let this go.
"Don't they teach manners in Heaven?" Sid mocked, "Butting in on a conversation is very rude." He was perfectly calm at this point. "Speaking of manners, I am being quite rude myself. My name is Sid." Quickly he added with a smile "You can call me Count".

Anyone else before I start putting dorm groups together?))
Kiyoko watched as the boys confronted each other; one of them Sid (or Count), the other being some sort of angel. Although she agreed that it was rude for the angel boy to butt in, she didn't want a fight. "Don't worry about it! I already accidently introuduced myself twice in a row, so I'm not much better myself. It's nice to meet you, Count." she replied also with a smile; most likely she'll end up calling him by both names.

(((DORMS ARE NOW UP! Just so ya know, I made cards of 1-8, stuck them in a hat, and drew them according to what number your profile was in hte list. xd Teacher's have their own rooms; they don't share dorms.))
Before anyone else could react, the intercom suddenly came on; VERY loud and clear, since they were used to so much noise.
"Attention students! I would like to welcome you all to Second Chances Academy. After a few hours of waiting, we finally have dorms set up. Please gather your luggage whenever you're ready and head to the main desk, and Ms. Adams will give you your room number here. If you don't feel comfortable with your roommate, then you may request to change, but you BOTH must agree on this. Any other questions may also be asked here. Please form a SINGLE line if you're ready; we're not in elementary school anymore, so we should know how to do this by now.
As for classes, they do not start today. This is the day to meet others and get settled in, and tomorrow there is a mandatory pep rally in the gym at 9 AM, so be on time. Thank you."

"Well angel looks like we better get going." Sid said, he turned and handed Isabel back to Kiyoko. He picked up his luggage and headed for the main desk. "I wonder who they'll stick me with." He thought. "Woohoo pep rally. Is there anything worse to do at 9 a.m.?" He waited in the line at the main desk to get his room number.

As Kiyoko held Isabel in her arms again (the cat looked a tad sad and watched Sid as he got in line), she decided she might as well go ahead and get her room. After all, waiting here would do nothing, and only make it easier to lose her stuff. So she put her purse over her shoulder, grabbed her two suitcases, and carried Isabel gently as she also got in line with the other students. She also waved goodbye to the other girl, who had still had hte knife out; Sid had forgotten all about it, so it didn't matter much to him once the conversation started going. Kiyoko noticed that she had started twirling her hair with her free hand, and stopped herself. She really needed to catch herself doing that faster, so she could stop that darn habit quicker.

After getting to the main desk and receiving his room number Sid turned to say a quick good-bye to Kiyoko. He found his dorm and threw his luggage on the floor. Jumping onto his bed he looked around and saw another bed and two desks. "Right, I'm guessing I'm gonna have a room mate. Oh well." He put his stereo and c.ds on his desk. After turning on some music he began to unpack.
