TM: biggrin heart Very cool. I think HB was such a cute youngster in the 2nd movie. There is a 'art of the movie' book and it has pictures of HB as a youngster too. So cute! biggrin heart

Ugh. I hated the kid they used in the movie for Hellboy because he was absolutely nothing like the comics portray him- ESPECIALLY as far as facial dimensions go. It also doesn't fit the toddler-HB from the first movie, and he doesn't look like adult HB.
If you played the ARG (shame upon all who did not) then you would have seen the cartoon with little HB hearing the story. it was much better than the one in the film.

TM: I loved the eyes on the kid though, and the horns and tail. *hee* Have you seen all the cool fan images of HB in all different incarnations, comic, movie, comic movie at deviantart.com? I just love how funny some of them are. blaugh

Hellboy V2: eek Where did you get the very pink skin? it is very cool. biggrin I do wish I could figure out how to have more HB things like skin and the hand of doom and the tail. smile
TM: I love the one where mini HB shoots his gun and out pops a sign that says bang...and the monster squishes him and Abe laughs cause it was his joke. blaugh

The red skin is something you can get with inks. It's a tattoo. As for the RHoD, the fire gauntlet is the one you want. They're like 80k now, but when they first came out they were soooo common, everyone had them.
My favorite short stories are "box full of evil" and "The Hydra and the Lion". I also like the one set in Prague where HB beats the vampire at poker.

TM: Thanks. biggrin heart I have the gauntlet..both actually and i will have to save a bit to get the red skin dye. sweatdrop I have yet to read those short stories...though I have heard they are good. smile

You mean "Odd Jobs", "Odder Jobs", and "Oddest Jobs"? Those books are fantastic. I own the first two. It's fun because there's a different voice to each of them and you get to see the characters from another person's perspective.

And if it was a dream...how much of it was true or lie? stare They say never trust a demon. It was more of a flashback than a dream. It was straightforward, not something a demon would need to lie about. He looks like this:  We get a glimpse in "The Chained Coffin" if I recall correctly, which is another great read. (Aren't they all?) I need to start doing some re-reads.

"Chained Coffin" is one of the best shorts of all time. I would have used the pictures from that, but I didn't feel like scanning in my comic books and Google Images seems to not have any pictures of good ol' dad.

Aha. I usually just go to my shelf. I've got a pretty big one devoted to all my HB/BPRD stuff.
Actually, there's a spiderman anthology in the middle that I've been meaning to move, but whatever.
