"Oh?" Shino waded in after Suna with a smirk crossing his lips, along with the goal of getting her soaked to the bone now in his head, giving a chuckle to himself. His ears flicked back as the sand colored vixen splashed him back, swiping a paw across the surface of the water to get her wet back, then going under water to hide.

Suna lost sight of Shino after he sent the return splash to her. Crap, where did he go? she thought to herself, moving to slightly more slowly water whilst looking around herself cautiously.

Shino slowly waded over to Suna from behind, eyeing the fluffed end of her tail eagerly, stalking it from behind like he would with any other small prey. He then shot out from behind her, giving a laugh and taking the fluffy plume in his mouth gently, giving it a playful tug.

Suna let out a small exclamation of surprise when Shino pounced her, followed by a laugh. "Alright, alright, but I'd so have you hide in a sand dune," she said before pouncing back on the male, splashing him at the same time with her forward motion.

Shino gave a maniacle laugh at Suna's reaction to his little attack, then grinned at what she said. His ears flicked back as she pounced and splashed him at the same time, giving a yelp as the water she had splashed at him soaked him, swatting more water back at her with a laugh.

Suna hopped up onto Shino's back with her front paws and tugged at his ear playfully. Thinking back, this had been her first time ever playing with another modi really. She had grown up alone as a kit.

Shino had a suprised look on his face as Suna tugged on his ear back, then started to attempt to get her off, only to brush against her muzzle with his paws. "No fair." He gave an fake annoyed huff, sticking his muzzle in the water and blowing bubbles in the water before splashing a bit of water at her with a laugh.

Suna laughed and in doing so released his ear. She splashed her tail through the water back at him, enjoying the little water fight. "Who knew that water could do more than just provide life," she commented with a grin, enjoying the feel of the water on her fur.

"I don't know who did, but it's fun!" He said with a grin, then gave a shake of his head and splashing the water on his fur at Suna. Shino then pounced onto her, snatching one of her ears in his mouth and giving it a playful tug.

Suna pretended to 'collapse' under his weight and dove down under the shallow water. Her thought was that the sudden dropped might throw him off balance and therefore off of her.

Shino slipped off of the sinking Suna, wadeing over to the front of her and sitting there quietly and motionlessly for a moment. He suddenly gave a thwap at her head with a paw, like a cat would with a toy, giving a grin.

Suna caught the oncoming paw in her own and nipped playfully at it before letting go and pouncing out of the water at him.

Shino gave a fake look of hurt, giving a pout and clutching his paw back, but then gave a laugh as she pounced onto him from the water. He gave a playful tug at her tail once again as he spotted it in the water, snatching it in his mouth.

Suna laughed again, but didn't fight back, as she was beginning to grow slightly weary from the horse play. "Alright, alright, you win," she said with a grin, plopping down in the water and playful tugging her tail that was in his mouth. "You're good at this."
