"I should drag you here more often then, if you don't come on your own as often as you'd like," she said with an impish lilt to her voice, but also a little suggestive and hopeful coloring her tone as well. "It's much more fun to come with someone."

"Please do and it's deffinetly more fun with someone else." Eachann can honestly say that because he's never been anywhere with anyone except for Moema. Hopefully, this will soon change.

She smiled and dared to sneak a nuzzle under his chin, pleased with his willingness. "Good! I'd like that..." Her cheek pinked up a little.

He grinned from the nuzzle. "I'd hoped so." He nuzzled her back between her ears.

Inside, Ilianna was a little giddy and excited. He...he had to like her, right? The signs were there and he didn't move away when she nuzzled him. She beamed and leaned her head lightly against the slope of his neck, feeling incredibly content there standing in knee-height, cool lake water with such a bold and pleasant stallion there with her.
She hoped suddenly she wasn't being too forward.

Eachann was ecstatic. She seemed to at least like him back, even if- 'Woah!' She leaned on him, taking him by surprise. He calmed down quickly and looked out over the calm water. 'Could this be what I think it is? Almost Paradise.'

Okay, so he didn't move away even though he hadn't seemed to expect her to do that. This was good. This was very good. She couldn't hide a grin even if she had wanted to. Ilianna wanted to say something...to get him to confirm what she was thinking, but she couldn't figure out how to word it properly. Instead, she sighed a little and nuzzled into the side of his neck a little.
...what an interesting way to celebrate Mother's day. XD

Eachann didn't know what to say. He doubted it would come out even if he tried to say something. Like her, he sighed. "Well here's to mom," he said with a grin.
'Where ever mom is, I bet she'd be overjoyed to see this.'

She giggled at that and gave him one last nuzzle before pulling away to look at him closely. "...Do you think your mom would like me?" she ventured slowly, trying to slowly steer the conversation towards a direction that possibly answer the biggest question she had right now.

Eachann looked at her, and carefully chose his next words "I think my mother would love you." He nuzzled her again and said, "As much as I do." Then a big grin spread across his face which he could not get rid of.

His first part of the answer made her grin but the second part made her absolutely glow. He said it! She didn't even have to really poke or prod at him for it!
"Really?" she whispered, practically squeaking because she was so thrilled. "Oh Eachann..." She blushed fiercely now and buried her face into his neck, feeling so silly to be flushed so bad but so happy at the same time.

The look on her face made him beam. He was glad he had said it. No dancing around, hinting, or prodding the idea. And the reaction...
"Really, really." Eachann his head on hers and simply savored the moment.

"I was so worried," she mumbled into his neck as she tried to force the blush away, then turned her head so she was more easily understood. "I wanted to say something...but I wasn't sure...oh, but it doesn't matter now. Listen to me, I'm all stuttery..."
She though she would scare him away. Or that he wasn't interested in her -like- that.

"No need to worry. It's alright." He tried to make soothing sounds to calm her. He was glad he said something. This was probably the best decision he had ever made.
