"If there really were any natural born Gods... I believe they are dead. All of the ones I've met and seen... they aren't invincible. Many of them are more shallow than the petty humans they think that they rule over. Save the Dread Father of course."

"Well, if I may say so, all gods in my opinion can be destroyed. Everything has a beginning and an end. Also, I believe the daedra gods are gods, after all, they are not on the mortal plane with ourselves and they are also all seeing."

of course, even though shaon believed fully in sithis, she didn;t worship him fully. to anyone who paid attention, the words were a little bland, and not so much awe or gratification in them. "i suppose so." she said grudginly, not noticing Leo watching her.

Leo raked the the fire a bit and stood. "Of course." he said. "Well in here we have a kitchen... I never use it really, but I love all of the black marble. I have been meaning to hire a maid, but I don't know who the hell I can trust."
Leo continued to lead them around the house, showing them the basic commodities of a Nord style home, which all had a darker taste to them.
"The really interesting things are down here..." Leo said as he led them to the beginning of the solid oak stairs that descended into the basement like lower level built in many Nord homes for heat conservation.

"i can cook." shaon said softly, following obediantly behind her brother. a smile flitted through her face. "i coudl try once or twice...unless you think i might try to poison you?" she teased, eyes drinking in the old place. it was rather nice, nicer than Sydney's deathtrap of a home.

"I appreciate the offer dear sister, but I believe it to be unwise for two speakers to live in the same place." Leo said as he stepped slowly down the stairs into a dimly candlelit room.

Sydney looked around, he actually felt safe in this establishment, much more than his own.
"Yes, it would put you both at risk to our enemies... Unless you were thinking of something else there, Leo?" Sydney added with a snigger.

"That too could easily cause a conflict of interests" Leo said with a smirk. He cast an area spell and the candles roared up briefly, and the light became much brighter.
"I've been trying to create my own spells as of late, so far I haven't had any explosions." he stated conversationally.
In the center of the far wall was a shrine of Sithis. It seemed to tower over the rest of the room, and the snake God coiled around himself several times, his head resting near the top of the statue. The entire statue was made out of what appeared to be onyx except for the eyes, which were yellow slits which seemed to follow you around the room.
There were skulls and nightshade placed around the shrine, and a small basin of water to one side, for cleansing purposes.
All of the walls except for the one which Sithis' statue dominated had doors. Indeed, even behind the staircase there were doors, and the handles struck out sharply against the blackness of the room with a brilliant shining golden color.

Shaon also snickered, following. "sorry my brother, i wans;t offering to live with you. i merely meant cook. you should have seen all those guards i killed with foodpoisoning. i coudl create a similar experiance for you if you allowed." she teased, then grew serious, starign at the statue of Sithis. she bowed, head nearly touching the ground as she did so. "my lord." she kissed the shrine then turned to her brothers, all hint of humor gone for a moment.
