As a matter of fact, there is. <.< I'm sorry not to have kept this running with updates, things have been a bit hectic with me lately.
So, long story short, I got pregnant with a construct. <.< I'm very glad to report that I had a friend who is both training to be a doc and is also skilled with psionics. Obviously, he's been my doctor through all this and still is. ^_^
So, I get pregnant and all is well, there were a few odd effects here and there, but I belive that had more to do with placebo than anything else. Could be wrong about that though. ;Shrugs.; After about the first week, I could sorta sense that little Adara (As I have named her) was there, just sorta like a tiny dot of "Something other than me" if you know what I mean. Of course doctor Nickie was checking regularly on me and it was maybe a week after that that we found out the gender. In the third week we had something somewhat unexpected happen, Adara split off and I quite suddenly had twins on my hands. Yeahhhh... So, we've now got the female twin, Adara, and the male twin Darian. A little while after that (Something close to a week I think, wasn't keeping track.) they announced that they were ready to come out and Bam, spirit pregnancy finished.
Adara is doing fine, but we're slightly worried that Darian may have come out premature. If you all want, I can keep you updated as to their progress, although that gets slightly off topic. XD Hope you all found that interesting. ^_^

Sounds a tad fishy to me but I don't know much anything about spirits so I'll stay out of it. Spirit guardians and the such aren't my specialty. X_x

If it's any comfort, spirits weren't involved. The donor was actually a construct and the twins are basically reeeeally complicated constructs... At least that's my understanding of it. I'm sorry that I can't really explain the mechanics very well, I don't have a good understanding of that sort of stuff myself. On an updated note, Darian's getting stronger, so it looks like he'll be fine. ^_^

very cool! do you know if anyone else has tried it? If not for the reproductive mess that I'm already in (ovaries = death) I might volunteer to try it too. I would be one of the "kinda know what's going on, but hasn't practiced in forever" types. But, I would indeed be open to trying it if people are interested in a second run-around.
I'm glad to hear both are doing very well. That was an interesting surprise to say the least!

I've seen a birth... once. That was interesting. So yeah I'd say that you can have a baby in the astral. I don't know anything past that its possible
My other selves have been supposedly pregnant (this isn't the pregnancy mentioned in the above paragraph) ... and other people confirmed this but I really don't know much about it. I found out that it was more of a false parenting then anything. I didn't quite understand what was going on the whole time. I asked people to ask my selves about it and they said it was something more like bringing someone back into the realms but it wasn't a child that I actually conceived but was just something i was housing... or something.
If you want you could ask them or I could introduce you to a spirit who is pregnant. I am sure that it would be interesting to talk to a spirit about there pregnancy if you were interested.

Oh I would like to know weather or not it is known that the child which is in a way a construct has a soul or not?
Edit: I mean, I can make a construct child I can have it grow learn etc. without it having a soul.

That is a really interesting question that you raise. In order to know if the construct has a soul, we must decide what soul is. If we can come up with an answer for that, then we can decide if the construct has a soul.
For example, the ancient greeks all the way up to at least Descartes thought of the souls as the vivifying force. Everything living had a soul, and without a soul, you could not be alive. Because of this, they believed even things like trees and animals had souls. The hindus also believe this, and it plays into their beliefs in reincarnation. What do you think the soul might be?
Also, I apologize for my short absence. I am still dealing with sickness.
