...=3= Mum picked a boy name and my dad picked a girl name before they knew I guess... So it was either Sheldon Devero Andrade or what I'm named now. XD;;
Mum also had picked a girl name, Kumiko Andrade, 'cause she liked it and I guess my nana was just "No, no jap names, I like english names, they sound pretty" so I'd be all cool. :B
My dad thought he was ultra cool and "hip" so I guess that's why he picked my name to be precious stones but I'm always asked "Where's your sisters, Ruby and Saphire?" I swear, if I hear it one more time imma punch someone. mad
My half sisters' names aren't stones (not really); Dasia and Jada. ._.

I like my name bunches, because NO ONE has the name. xDD Due to my parents ''making it up'. They took my aunt's name, Jose-Nilia, shortened it, and changed the second 'i' to a 'y'. Yes, my aunt is Brazilian. Yes, my mother is Brazilian. And my daddy's the little white boy. <3333 xD

My name is rather popular.
But it's spelled uniquely.
My name is Kaitlyn Renee Boyer.
I go by Kaity though, although it gets annoying when people tell me I spelled the name wrong then they realized that's how my name is spelled or they get pissy and say I can't spell then they realize it's MY name. And I did spell it right.
It's hard to refrain myself from just punching them in the face. xD
Kaitlyn is German, Renee and Boyer are french.
Renee is pronounced Reh-Nay. Boyer, but if you say it how it is SUPPOSED to be pronounced, it's Boy-ay.
Ugly.

My first and last name are both german because of my dad.

The reason why I was named Hannelore was because there have been three other women on my dad's side of the family who were also named Hannelore.....very original.

my mom was going to name me chelsea jamie...but my dad didnt like it!

I was named when Olivia was not popular, and after the mouse in the Great Mouse Detective. [No wonder I grew up with that movie, huh?] Marie comes from my father's grandmother. Remarkable woman.
I don't really like my name. These day's it's way too popular, and I've never really liked it...
