"I think i will stay here." He was bound to fall asleep any second and it looked like he'd fall on her at this rate. "Can't leave you here all alone after all. What if something else comes and tries to nibble on you while i'm gone?"
She grinned and nudged his nose with hers hoping the joke got to his sleepy brain.

He snorted softly, leaving that be his response to the thought of being 'nibbled' by anything while she was away. He'd done rather good at keeping himself out of 'trouble' since they had first met. He closed his eyes, letting himself begin to drift off.
It was nice... Not being alone again.
