you begin swirling wind above your head mixed with your chakra....you make it into thousands of wind shurikans....they hen fly at your opponent...i derect hit could slice your enimy to peices.

Name: Aquabolt- Double breaker
Chakra points- 5000
Effect: The user that creates the Aquabolt can split it in two, one for each hand. This creates two, throwable aquabolts. Instead of spliting the power, this actually increases both of their power, since it consumes more chakra.
Hand seals depend on rank of user.
Drawback- Consumes chakra not only to create, but to hold them in long periods.

Name: Diamond Soul
Chakra points- 3000 Anbu lvl.
Effect: User utilizes the earth element, namely the natural resource diamond. The user lets his insides take on diamond, letting him/her use it at will. The diamond also pads the skin, making it even harder to break bone and damage organs. Hand seals needed.
Drawback- The diamond will usually expand, breaking the skin in some places, creating a stabbing pain.

Name: Diamond wall
Chakra points- 2000
Effect: Creates an unbreakable wall of diamond in front of user, protecting him. Hand seals needed.

Name: Adament Wrath
Chakra points- 5000
Effect- Allows user to call apon the diamond in the earth, making it raise as spikes almost anywhere at will. Hand seals needed.
Drawback- User must stay in one place the whole time when using the jutsu.

Name: Adament fury
Chakra points- 1000
Effect- Allows user to call apon small spikes of diamond, able to be held in their hands. Usually thrown or used as a spare weapon. Hand seals needed.

Name: Whirlwind Rage
Chakra points- 1000
Effect- User utilizes the wind element. User can turn in spining movements, creating gusts of wind with their breath, able to strike, and even cut, a target. A long spin will result in a large whirlwind around user, pushing away threats, possibly damaging them.
Drawback- Only works when spinning. Loss of breath is very common, as well as passing out with overuse.

Name: Chidori Eisou (Thousand Birds Sharp Spear[its a real jutsu btw])

Chidori Eisou is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending blade of lightning. Though unstated, this blade probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.

Tsukiyomi Chidori
Description: after initiating the Tsukiyomi use the Chidori so that his many shadow images within the mind attack are all powered with the Chidori. they are able to use this many times becuase of the fact that the Tsukiyomi distorts the feeling of time allowing them to recharge seemingly instantaneously.
