... OMG REALLY????? Oh wait, actually... No, it doesn't. I don't know what version of dub you're watching, but Sailor Moon, in any of the original forms, takes place in the Juuban area of the Minato district, city of Tokyo, in Japan. Check wikipedia if you like, or for real info about the show from a real fan (and not the many fanoid pages that pollute the internet,) check this site out: http://www.usagi.org/doi/smoon/episodes/All the true, actual, unfanbratted info on Sailor Moon you may need is there. And it really doesn't matter what dub you watch, actually. Dubs of Sailor Moon aren't sources of anything but laughter. Seriously, how can someone do that and call it a dub?

Nicer than the way I can describe what the dub does to Sailor Moon. My description's not PG-rated at all.

(the sailor moon dubs are probably the worst dubs ever)

Nope.
Cardcaptors is the worst ever.
- Rearranged episodes.
- Deleted episodes.
- Heavily edited so it looks like Syaoran is the main character.
- Sakura and Tomoyo aren't cousins?? (the ********? Reverse Haruka/Michiru thing going on?)
- Touya and Yukito are stupid losers in the dub.
- Mei Ling was turned into a black-haired, brainless bimbo.
- They even managed to make Kero's voice more annoying. Amazing.
I'm glad the Spanish dub is actually very close to the original Card Captor Sakura.
CardCaptors is as similar to CCS as Yugioh is to My Little Pony.

That's a good one.
But seriously, I've seen fan-subs that are better translations then those so-called "professional" versions.
So basically, YEAH.
Cardcaptors, and Sailor Moon,
WORST TRANSLATIONS EVER!!!!!
I'd get the original japanese everything, if I could understand it.

I do enjoy sm aswell the starlights are great my faves are Saturn, the astroid senshi, animates, galaxia and chibi/cosmo

First time i watched it was when i was in kindergarten so quite a while ago! so about 9 school years ago not sure how many years that really is though!

I think it´s so much better in Japanese then in Swedish.
Like for example Usagis name was changed to Annie (WHAT), yeah I know. And they made Zoisite to a woman. I thought Zoisite where a woman until I read about the true nature of him in one of the English sites. I think because in Sweden anime is most popular to kids so they did n´t want to show a gay relationship between Zoisite and Kunzite.
I saw it for the first time in Swedish when I was 11 years old.... The first time I Saw it in Japanese was only 1-2 years ago when I discovered youtube biggrin .

 Strange, I don't see why people hate Sailor Moon (as in the whole anime...). If you ask me, I don't hate it, but I don't REALLY love it either, I just like it.
