*he and Tes spend some time talking and watching the staff start to clean up. They help themselves to a bit more food from the buffet, then head down to their quarters after they finish eating.*

She woke up slowly, snuggling closer to Showcase's warmth. Turning over on her side to face him, she propped her elbow and rested her head on her hand, her other hand tracing patterns on his chest as she watched him sleep. He opened his eyes and looked at her.
"Well, good morning," he said, grinning at her.
She snickered and grinned back at him, "Well, it could be a damn good morning, if you're up to it. twisted " He chuckled at her and pulled her close, kissing her deeply. "What do you think, Kat?" he asked her as he kissed her neck. They spent the remainder of the morning together, getting up later and showering.
Both of them in dire need of caffeine, they head into the kitchen to have coffee together. She goes about cooking them a late breakfast, and he perched on a stool at the bar, talking to her as she cooked. After eating, they head into the living room and lounge on the couch, planning on doing nothing but watching football for the remainder of the day. He props his feet on the table in front of the couch and pulls her close, draping an arm around her.

*Wakes up very early on a beautiful Sunday morning and convinces Officer Dougherty to attend Sunday Mass with her as directed by the priest.  Reluctantly, he gets up from the warmth of their bed and obliges her knowing it would be far worse dealing with his Pietrina if he did not. stare *

In between games, Kat gets up and heads into the kitchen to make them some sandwiches....one cannot live on beer alone when watching football. Digging out the panini press, she makes some turkey paninis with bacon, swiss, and baby spinach. Putting both sandwiches on a plate, she grabs a bag of chips and a couple more beers and heads back into the living room.
He looks up at her and grins, "You're going to spoil me, you know that?"
She settles back down next to him on the couch, handing him a beer and setting the food on the table in front of them. She laughs, "As long as you spoil me every now and then, I'm good with it. wink "
They eat their food and settle back for more football. He drapes an arm around her and idly plays with her hair as they watch the next game. Sighing contentedly, she leans her head against his shoulder and sips her beer.

-dame walks from her apartment, battling the raging out-of-no-where winds, the freezing cold, and the light sprinkle of rain that makes it even colder. stressed She shakes the little bit of water off her parasol and closes it up, hooking it over her arm. Then dame walks behind the bar and starts making a white hot chocolate like the ones from last night-
