Matachi shakes his head slightly, he is not angered but worried. But he knew Mel wouldn't allow something like this to effect her life she'll pull through most likely "She will be fine, Its Mel she might have to work abit to get them working properly but hey I think she will be running in no time." He says looking at her smiling.

Katherine noded some. "Our losses were great but we wiped out the enemy. Karmine will be tried for a punishment tomarrow among his peers. I threw him to the dogs you could say. Most of our men who survived with little injures I have sent on leave to there families for two weeks. I am useing Demitri's men for usual potrols and have sent him a message demanding his persance in court."

Matachi nods "Hopefully everything will remain in order for a little while." He says smirking looking over to her "Think we all deserve a little break after that episode." He says smiling pretty big. He pours her a glass of wine that he had brought with him "From the estates cellar."

"Wait!" Mel said trying to grab the blanket from him. "If you don't give me something for the pain of this i won't be able to even glance at it without renching." She spoke quite seriously.

Katherine smiled alittle a summer wine very sweet to the taste. She tok a sip, she loved it. She drank her sip and looked up throw the trees. "Your right, you get a small vaction on top of it. Gives me some time to hopefully get my house hold in order."

"Hmmm... drink or syringe... I think we'll try drink since you're conscious." Black said before he pulled a red potion out of his medical satchel and handed it to her. "Take this and it should start to work in a minute or so. Then I will begin the examination."

Matachi looks through the books "Ahh merchant work, have to deal with that all the time when we get shipments of steel and iron in." He says smirking at her comment "Catching my fall all the time aren't you." he says playfully to her before giving her a kiss on the cheek

"Yes but before you delt with iron smiths and such, this world is a lot different. Don't forget our wines are the best in the known world. Much like our footmen." She said with a bright smile. She seemed really intersted in it. In fact its what she usually did do for fun, and was good at it.

Mel's legs were horriably swollen. More at the knees than anything. They seemed set how he had set them. They hadn't moved any, but some of the bones were still shatterd. Her lower legs looked a slight bit better. She looked down once and not for long then she foucsed her gaze on Black waiting for his words.
