Hoshigaki Hiru Hey there guys! Finally have access to a computer again! Never had time to buy a new one after my old one broke and my stupid work computer had gaia blocked (yet there was a way to access Facebook, go figure!)
Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about everyone! I should be getting back slowly as I get some of my work cleared up. Glad to see there are all kinds of new people here, I'll make sure to meet everyone once I can manage to ease back into RP! DUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE.

Sorry man, but since you haven't completed the training for the the Water clone jutsu, you can't use it in battle yet, you'll have to edit your post.

I've already delayed going to a party to post. However, that clone has been present since before this attack even started and now I get to go through a fight with no CP and have my training interrupted because of this .. The training is to have it simulate combat. Why not take advantage of it in real combat and not have my empty cp tank be wasted.

Pr0dlgy @ Kouri and Qyp: Make chakra tranfer a medical-exclusive jutsu, por favor? Negatory. Its been shown to be very basic, so maybe requiring Med 4 or something, but its seriously a very basic jutsu. Sakura picked it up in all of 5 seconds, I'm pretty sure Kisame did it to...

Let's see what Kouri says. As to the Chakra Transfer technique, we already have one in the guild lol, so to speak. Granted it takes Chakra away, but it's like a C or B rank I wanna say.
